There are no elevators and the room allocated to me was on the 5th floor. The stairs going to the room are in really bad shape and difficult to negotiate while carrying multiple cases. The price for the room was excessive considering the standard of the hotel, the access to the upper rooms and basic facilities provided. I don’t recommend.

No hairdryer and no air conditioning. No soap or shampoo in the shower. During the night it could be noisy if you are sleeping next to the road.

The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. I was sitting on the toilet with my knees and nose touching the door..... The Shower was the same. And the the door to toilet didn´t close. There was only one chair for two people in the room. There was no wardrobe to get the clothing to keep.

The man in the office was very pollite and answer every question very well. The hotel was very close to the metro system, so can get everywhere very quickliy.

Couldn't open window or even the shutter because we were literally right on the street (ground floor). Noisy at night. 90 euros for a tiny room where you can't open window is too expensive, even for Paris.

very run down, fifth floor room but no lift, no toilet in the room. Previously I would pay this price for much better accommodation but on that night everywhere very expensive. I could not see anywhere to deposit key when I left at 7.30 am and reception not yet manned.

Terrible sloppy staircase. (no lifts) The room was very very small. I don’t mind the tiny shower but the toilet was so small!! Only few inches between the toilet and the door so there was no option to sit with a closed door! (It’s not about my height….)

For people looking for a budget friendly option it's an average stay. But I wish for the reception people to be a little bit more helpful. The washroom door was broken, so we had to adjust it somehow. This stay is fine for people who only come back to rest and are away the entire day. If one is looking for any kind of above average or luxury stay this place is not for them

Staff weren’t very friendly. we arrived the first night and our door lock wasn’t working. This meant we had to leave our room unlocked which we weren’t happy with. then the locksmith came the next day at 4pm without notice so we had to wait an hour for them to fix it. Thks delayed our evening plans. No duvet on bed only thin blanket.

We didn't have a blanket and it was pretty cold in Paris during our stay and the room was pretty small, also the bathroom door (in the room) was not really a door (it was pretty unstable and just attached on the top, so you could see through and hear everything in the small room).

We booked a room on short notice and were even upgraded in a better room on the ground floor with our own bathroom so we don't have to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs (that was so nice). The room was very clean and the bathroom also, which was also very modern. The hotel staff was very friendly and tried to help a lot, the hotel is also pretty central and everything was reachable by metro or by walking.

The shower was so small! And it was noisy, you can hear your neighbour next door talking and people walk up the stairs.

Room was small but bathroom was so small that it was very difficult to take bath. You can't sleep without disturbance, any sound in any room, have to listen.

The room was small, sparse and undecorated with very basic facilities. It looked and felt like a jail cell.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The hotel is excellently located in central Paris, a short walk from the Bastille.
