Worn down and could really use an upgrade. Most importantly, rooms need to have a power socket by the bed.

Staff was nice and good location. Basic but with all facilities I needed. I mean, for the price, it was fine. I wouldn't have paid more.

Furniture was old and damaged & had to get under a table to plug the kettle in. Doors slammed by other guests each morning very early - appreciate the hotel were not to blame. Reception let me leave my luggage & a friend staying nearby all day after checkout for nothing. Other friends were charged €5 an hour for similar.

Hotel was promoted on booking.com as having a Spa, Pool and Sauna, and we booked it partly for this reason. However all were closed and according to staff on reception had been since the start of the pandemic. Thus there has been plenty of time for the booking.com listing to be updated. Also in the room the curtains were not sufficient to cover the windows.

Location was good, bed large and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

I had to find a more expensive hotel at midnight and a taxi that cost me 40 euros for a 15 minutes ride... this hotel do not want to make a compensation for such bad experience. From the hotel direction admit they had problems with insects. So how they can offer such a service? The hotel replied that they did everything they could. I don't agree that they did everything they could to offer a good stay in their hotel, cause if they have problems regarding insects they should not be able to offer any room cause we are talking here about animal health problems that impact on human beings. This situation caused me an anxiety problem, I had to call my family in Spain to help me find something. I did not expect to see a public health problem, they are admitting to have a problem regarding infestation which is a severe problem regarding the hotel business. I was in the middle of Toulouse with no place to stay, a place where are cockroaches it's not a place to stay, even worse if I paid for it, I had to find a place in Labege cause I had to attend my business the next day's morning and I had no time to check more in Toulouse, furthermore all the hotels around your hotel were full, IT WAS MIDNIGHT, I had to pay a taxi to get to Labège, I do not know the city, I am not French, I do not speak French, I do know nothing about where to look and this bad experience made me pay a more expensive hotel than this one and also the taxi, how was I supposed to get there at midnight? I am just asking for fair compensation because this experience caused me problems of anxiety to me and my family, to be alone in the middle of the night in a place one does not know and does not speak the language is far from good... I am sure you will understand the situation and I hope you never go through the same situation that I had to live in.

NOTHING. I explain my experience in this hotel on November 15th 2023. I arrived around 22:00, I did the check in, firstly the hotel smelled bad, like a mix of humidity and food. The elevator had a worrying sound like it was going to crack at any time. When I get to my room I find it so dirty, the floor, the bathroom was black, after that I claim to the receptionist another room (a better room), then he came to the room with a couple, the couple seemed to be in charge and later I was accommodated in another room, which had cockroaches on the bathroom as you can see on my photo. After that I decided to leave the hotel and ask to have a full refund. After that I looked with the receptionist at another hotel available but all the area was fully booked so I checked around in Làbege Innopole cause the purpose of my trip was business in Làbege. So the receptionist proposed to me a hotel but I declined, pardon me but after such a bad experience I prefered to have one found by myself.

Walls are thin so neighbors noise is noticeable. Parking is a distance and expensive.

Having only one power point made charging devices difficult. Massive room but an awkward shaped space for the ensuite.

Close to train station and the Old Town. Cassoulet restaurant <10 mins walk. Fabulous helpful staff.

Surprisingly beautiful and spacious room decorated and in a nice old school style with pretty furniture and a comfy bed, for a very fair price, and next to the station. Excellent!

Rooms were painted long time ago, so walls are not very clean. It is OK for this relatively low price. There is no sound proofing.
