As we spent quite some time at the spa, I think it would have been a good idea to have a small safe in the room. At the breakfast self-serve hot drink machine, decaffeinated tea and coffee would have been beneficial.

Only stayed one winters night, but made good use of the hotel facilities. The spa was defiantly the main attraction for us and we very much enjoyed the large salt water hydro-pool, the sauna and steam room, it was especially appreciated as the weather outside was awful. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was plentiful.

Couldn't find a safe in the room. Rooms were quite small but on the plus side can accommodate 3 people.

Wow, we were not expecting the spa facilities to be so fantastic. We arrived late in the day and rushed down to the pool spa area before it closed. The facilities are brilliant and children are allowed in at certain times of the day. The rooms were well decorated and quirky but had pretty much everything required. The warm welcome from the staff was really appreciated. Our rate included breakfast which was fresh and well organised. The menu at the hotel looked very good, with 3 children though we walked to Mirko's Italian on the beach front which is highly recommended. Parking is easy and free at the hotel.

Excellent chain hotel. Better than we expected. The breakfast was good - continental but enough choice to satisfy most people. The bar area was pleasant although a little short on choice. The best bit was the free entry into the Thalasso pools. Very clean and exhilarating - we used it nearly every day of our stay. Very French clientele and obviously used for business stays and conferences but this had no negeative effect on our holiday stay. Very good experience and certainly value for money.

A chique modern set up with a beautiful coordinated marine theme throughout. Not a brass or copper item in sight. Seafront location was ideal and there was a range of restaurants a mere 10 min walk away. I would recommend La Casa. Free use of the impressive Spa on the lower ground floor was an added bonus. The on site restaurant and bar were adequate but a touch expensive.

Service in restaurant was very slow (45 mins between aperitif and entree, then another 40 for mains). Food was average both for dinner and breakfast. Poor noise insulation from rooms above.

The access to the spa wasn't very clear and there were lots of rules, what to wear etc. Perhaps it was the language barrier but we were made to feel like we weren't supposed to be in there! Outside pool is salt water.

Great restaurant, cocktails by the pool were fab, decor was fab.

There was a good selection of food in the restaurant but we found it rather hectic at breakfast time. There were a lot of guests and it appeared the staff found it difficult to keep up with the demand .

A very stylish hotel which includes free access to the spa. The hotel is in a great location which looks out over the sea. Our room was spacious and very clean.

Reception/ bar staff were rather scarce and the seating was very uncomfortable. A random selection of tired chairs and lots of lightbulbs hanging far too low. I noticed several people banging their heads on them. Staff in the spa seemed to be disinterested, there was no one to orientate new arrivals. We were just given a map. I didn’t realise that the spa would be taking so many people outside of the hotel and we had no treatments available for the first two days of our stay. Parking was a nightmare there were cars all over the place and if you did get lucky, going out for the day meant you would be very lucky to find a space on return.

Food and restaurant staff were very good the menu was good although the prices were a little high. The staff were very good.
