I nearly missed my flight this morning because your Receptionist disappointed me.I made him aware yesterday that I’ll be checking out at 4:30am and would like a Taxi to the airport and he told that’s no problem to call a Taxi,which I came exactly 4:30am unfortunately no one was at the reception.I stood there for almost an hour.Very very disappointing.And also the guy we met the first day misinformed us about breakfast so asked for my money (18euro) but I never received it

it’s too long distance for the Gare de Lyon and some other railway stations And they don’t have any air conditions in this summer weather. that’s why I could not sleep well.

We got some really warm weather and there was no AC.

The cost benefit was great. Easy access to Paris, comfortable bed, nice shower. Very silent, even with the windows open.

Fire alarm went off at 2AM one of the nights we were there. No-one knew if it was a real emergency situation or a false trigger and no communication from the staff about the issue. Eventually it stopped and we went back to bed. Access cards didn't work for the front door and then for the room at some points and we had to go to reception to get new ones. Not a big deal really but just something small that was a hassle. Main dislike was the location. Metro Villejuif - Paul Vaillant-Couturier is close by however it is located at the top of the hill so walking takes maybe 15-20 minutes and can be tiring with suitcases. Perhaps more accessible from the tram line which is right outside the hotel but for people wanting to walk to the metro it is a bit far.

Good value for money option with all the ammenities one would need for a stay. Arrived late after 00:00 and there was still someone to check us in. In general staff were very friendly and accomodating considering that we did not speak any French. If you are looking to visit Paris on a tighter budget then I think this will do well.

Bear in mind there is no direct metro stop, you need to take 5 stops with tram to the nearest metro. However, tram line operates frequently

The toilet has not a good ventilation so smelled a bit (humidity). Kitchenette is very small, there is not enough space to prepare food. Lift broke during our stay so we had to use the stairs.

The hotel is on a very good location. The tram stop is just in front. From there you can easily move to the city and to Orly airport. The welcoming was really nice, we don't speak French but personnel there spoke to us in either English or Spanish. Room size and amenities were ok for what we needed (mostly prepare dinner and sleep). There is a nice bakery in the corner and a supermarket in the same block.
