The only thing negative I can say is the beds are not super comfy & the reception desk was not being manned much when we were there, but we did visit in the off season.

Beautiful view from the window of our room. Situated 3 min walk from tram stop to take you into the old town. Staff very friendly. An older hotel with character and charm.

-No lift -The bathroom we had was not like the bathrooms pictured on the hotel listing, it was a lot smaller -Our window view was not the best, it was overlooking a giant wall

-Great location, just a 10-15min walk from the train station and had lots of shops and restaurants nearby -Friendly staff, very welcoming and check-in and check-out process was very straightforward -Good size room for two people

The only thing I can complain about was the WIFI, it wasn’t very good at all.

Very central, close to all public transport links including the main train station that allowed you to get to places like Eze, Monaco, Cannes etc. The hotel is also extremely budget friendly.

The location of the Hotel was amazing, in the middle of small streets. Everyday when we went out when we arrived home our room was cleaned. The other guests were really quiet.

I didn't like how there wasn't much space to walk through at the foot of the bed and I couldn't bring my suitcase by the window because it wouldn't fit through that space. The windows were not soundproofed, so everything outside was still loud (cars/motorcycles passing, people talking). The windows have only one layer of glass and need more layers for soundproofing. The bathroom also had stains on the ceiling and walls. Sometimes, if someone was smoking nearby, I can smell it in my room.

I liked how the shower and toilet were in one room and there was plenty of room in the bathroom. I'm also happy that a hairdryer was provided. I also liked how there was space to put my clothes on the shelf and hang them too. I also appreciate room service changing the trash everyday, changing the towels, and making the bed. The location was at a good spot and close to the beach and other attractions. The staff were also nice and friendly. I'm glad they fixed the heater during my stay.

I paid £35 a night - relatively speaking therefore there was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

During the night, a few times we couldn't sleep due to the extremely loud neighbors above us. We're not sure what they were doing, but the banging was intense and loud enough to wake us up. Nevertheless, I don't think it's the hotel's fault, even though the walls are thin.

The hotel is as pictured, quite clean and nice. The location was right in the city center, just a few steps away from the pedestrian zone. They also allowed us to leave our baggage with them since our flight was late. They gave us a better room than requested with an additional bed, so that was a pleasant surprise. Also, the terrace had a charming French vibe.

I had to go to reception on our second stay and it there was a seedy man there who gave me the up/down look. I felt so uncomfortable! I think he knew the receptionist because they carried on talking in French. I made sure he didn’t follow me back to my room (was with my partner anyway) but it was rather unsettling and I wouldn’t have wanted to be a solo traveller.

Really enjoyed our stay. In fact we stayed twice on separate occasions at the start of our trip and again at the end. Lovely pleasant receptionist and the other people staying at the hotel seemed like decent people too.

The shower didn’t drain well. In fact I had to stop showering and try to get it to drain. There was no hair either so I am not sure why. But the. I had to shower again the next morning and it was still blocking up. No hair dryer.

We loved the location, cleanliness and the lady at reception. She was very attentive and friendly :)
