There was no possibility for late check out and need to leave the room at 12 am and my flight was at 10 pm.

Quiet and room was neat and clean. Location was really an advantage and hotel was quite close to L'esplanade la defence and the malls.

There is no possibility to come by car to a hotel even shortly to unload your luggage and do the check-in. This is really annoying because you have to look for a parking around and then bring your bags with you.

The room is really good equipped for a short - or mid-term stay. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, but the sink is extremely small The bathroom is clean and fine

Actually, I liked everything about the hotel. The location of the facility was very good. It was 7-8 minutes away from the metro ( Esplanade de la Defense) and 2 minutes away from the river. It was a safe area and the market ( Monoprix) was right next to the hotel.

24 hour reception with very helpful and friendly staff. They even received our deliveroo orders for us while we were out. They tool all efforts to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

It was clean, great location, did not spend much time there and did not have time for breakfast. They could add hotel slippers for those who forget to bring some. Overall good value for money and I would definitely recommend this property and book it again

We requested a twin bed and despite them confirming at reception, they didn't give us a twin. Luckily not really a problem for us, but only thing that let them down. I don't doubt though if I had raised the problem, it would have been dealt with quickly.

Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Kitchette in the room was great - dishwasher, fridge and hob! Lovely, big shower. Room was spacious and very clean.

The location is a big loss for me, 10 minute walking distance to the metro, but close to a bus stop that sadly does not go into Paris. The kitchen sink is TOO small, couldn’t even fit a dish in. The dishwasher didn’t help as I used it once and the dishes came out all spotty. Also some pots would be better hand washed but no space in the sink.

The room is very comfortable, including the bed and the bathroom. Very tastefully furnished.

Everything about this was perfect. We were three of us staying for a concert. We had loads of space, we loved that we could prepare meals in the room, which saved us money. Very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to metro to access the city. Would stay again!!!

The location is just a bit hard to get to by metro as you have to walk for a bit. Take elevator down and then again walk for a bit. If you have a lot of luggage with you then it can be quite a task. Be aware of this.

Since it was pretty cold at night we would have liked to have the option to turn on heat in the room. Other than this we were happy with the room, kitchen area and amenities.

Very good location, in a quite and nice area, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. 5 min walk to the M1 La Defense and also to the Sene. Mall with everything you wsnt one metro station from there. M1 gets you to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Louvre, all the good locations.
