We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyRestaurant isn't good as a 4S level. Bar service isn't good as a 4S level. Actually there is only very nice and kind waiter (the Italian one). Swimming pools and SPA are a bit old style. Not acceptable for a 4S to have not available the baggage service at 10 am.
Stunning view from the room and from the rooftop for breakast and bar. Location very good to reach Dinard downtown and through the walk on the beach.

A real Thalasso and Spa hotel. Rooms and facilities were great. Service and staff very nice and responsive to questions and got back with quick answers. Well situated next to St Malo. We would have loved to stay longer.

United KingdomIntermittently, there was a truly horrible smell in the toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not seem to do much. Dogs are apparently welcome in the hotel, which is not a problem in itself, but one was left unattended in a nearby room and it barked incessantly between 11pm and 12:00am, which was not fun. The pools area is quite large but not very attractive and it gets very busy. There was no 'proper' (ie English Breakfast!) tea available at breakfast.
Our 'partial sea view' room had a great sea view. The room was attractive and well appointed (particularly good lighting). The hotel location is fab, by the coastal path, above a lovely beach and within easy walking distance to Dinard's town centre. The breakfast buffet was very varied and plentiful.

IrelandThe room, especially the bathroom was dirty in the corners by the tiles and smelled a bit. Spiderweb visible in the room. It’s a great property but more time need to be invested in the cleaning and upkeep. The pool area was dark (why frosted glass so you can’t see the amazing view outside?) and weird that you had to go through the gym to access the terrace outside.
Fantastic ocean view location, excellent breakfast buffet with fresh oysters, free easy access parking. Comfortable bed and bedding. Big shampoo/shower gel bottles.

FranceOur terrasse opened onto a mud field. Looked like we were on a building site. The spa is not up to standards. Very run down and disappointing. This hotel is not cheap for the area and yet the standards are not in line with the prices.
The room and the view were lovely. While on the small side, the room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. And the view... incredible!

Switzerland1. breakfast is not worth the price at all! very limited choices (no vegetables, no fresh orange juice, no pancake or waffle, nothing special from Bretagne, few types of basic fruits only...). I paid 20 euros and I won't take it next time for sure. 2. When i checked in, they took my credit card to reserve the cost and this credit reserve was blocked in my credit card for 30 days after check out and payment and there's no way to solve it but waiting for 30 days...
the swimming pool and spa area is just amazing! I'll come back for that; Dinner is expensive but very tasty.
