Shower never drained away. No balcony as on the 1st floor.

Location is excellent and apartment was clean. Very close to amenities and Metro. Neighbourhood is a great base to explore.

Doesn't have an oven so cooking for yourself is limited to stove top only. Other than that though, the location was terrific, the host was very responsive and helpful and the apartment was clean and tidy.

Host was very helpful when we arrived without the details to get into the property.

We arra a family of 5 people. Two toilets and bathroom - super. Location - grocery store, kebab, chinese, japanese, cafe, metro a minute or two away. All information came exatly by e-mail . I recommend!

Minimum comfort, basic place with the minimum necessary. No toiletries or even a small hotel soap to wash your hands on arrival. The place has a lot of potential, it just needs some love and some money invested. Terrible cleanliness in general, leftover food in the kitchen, dirty utensils and drawers. At least the bathrooms looked clean. I was worried about previous reviews complaining about rats, I didn't see any Thanks God!!

Great location with plenty of amenities, i.e. cinema, groceries around & great choice of eateries. Very near to Metro. All within walking distance.

We noticed what appeared to be a mouse trap, concealed under the radiator. But this is something out of the host's control.

The apartment was very clean and it had all the house essentials you could need (e.g. plates, cutlery, etc.). The host was also very accommodating. For example, we requested another fan, and they bought a new air cooler for us. They also allowed us to vacate the apartment at a later time, as our flight was in the evening, which we really appreciated. The location was ideal, right next to shops and cafes, and 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Overall, really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great location, one can see Eiffel Tower from the street. Nice neighborhood, 2 min walk from metro. Grocerie store 5 min walk. Great wifi. Nice balcony. 2 rooms, , living room with comfortable sofa/bed, small kitchen furnished with everything you'll need to prepare small meals and make sandwichs for the day! Nice shower. Would definitely recommend and come back.

It wasn’t very clean and there was a mouse in the flat

The position is perfect, near the Tour Eiffel and near the metro station, a lot of markets and places to order food, really a very good position

Cleanliness issues! We were a family of 5 so they knew we'd need the sofa bed. It was not clean, there were stains on it and food or some other debris. The sheets and duvet had stains on them. Sitting on the toilet you'd look at the wall next to you and see brown droplets on the white walls, clearly the walls have not been cleaned in some time. There was no soap in either bathroom. There was a used sponge in the kitchen. There was no coffee or filters for the coffee maker. Of all the places we stayed this last month, this was the worst stocked. In our other places, ALL had hand soap in their bathrooms and a fresh sponge/cloth for the kitchen, extra toilet paper, coffee filters and coffee for the coffee maker. Most provided some sort of shampoo and shower gel in the showers. Many left us nice extras like bottled water, fresh fruit, sugar and cream for the coffee, tea, pastries, etc. While I don't expect to have extras like fruits and pastries, I do expect at the very least, a clean place with at least the minimum necessities of hand soap in the washrooms and clean bedding to sleep on. There's no excuse to leave brown water droplets on the bathroom walls, a used sponge in the kitchen, no soap, and a stained sofa bed with food or whatever debris left in it. Maybe soap costs money but it's free to run a vacuum over the sofa bed mattress, and wash the walls. 1st picture is what looked like blood stains on the duvet, 2nd picture with the 2 small dots doesn't look like much but it's pieces of food or debris stuck to the mattress cover, 3rd picture is the stains on sofa bed the mattress cover.

Host communication was great! Things like pictures of the front door and the lockbox were very helpful to find the building. The host was very helpful telling us exactly what public transportation we'd need to get there and even included pricing for the transit. The location was great, a quick walk to the metro station to get anywhere you needed to go. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower, great restaurants and bakery on the same block.

Because it was dirty. Bathroom all hair even on the shower curtain. Balcony was full of dirt. Room was very dusty dirty.
