There was no Oven in the accomadation. Had to go to friends apartment and use there oven to cook. Would prefer an oven rather than a dishwasher in the apartment Could do with a little TLC.

The room was advertised as for up to 5, we were 3 and were struggling for room and places to store items, its a very small apartment with very few plug sockets. I also read apartment as having parking, it does not there is a public carpark about 300m down the hill which you can use for free. I did also leave messages for reception on booking.com which were never responded to and it hard work to get someone on the numbers given, communication could be improved, in person they are fantastic.

The location was great, right in the middle of town right next to the lift, just a shame that there was no snow so the lift only served one blue run and you could not access Flain etc, but that's down to bad luck of the weather. The surrounding shops and bars were great and there was even a 24hr Pizza vending machine, just in case of course. The room had a good balcony with a view of the slopes and the lift and the small kitchen area was well appointed.

A little tired. No window in toilet or bathroom and toilet inclined to get a bit smelly because of that.

Great location right next to the lifts but still quiet. Food shop very convenient and bakery just a short walk away. Well equipped, only a hob, no oven though. Choice of Ski hire and close to local cafe and restaurants.

There is no wifi - was prepared for this but is this really 'credible' nowadays in a large accommodation complex. Everywhere else in the world seems to be able to offer this service even if slow. The walkways and hallways in the complex are pretty dank (cold and damp). The whole complex (less so the actual rented room) is pretty grotty and run-down. But if you anticipate this, the location directly on the ski-pistes is great. You get the keys to an own locker in the basement to store ski's and poles. However there is no rack (heated or otherwise) to store and dry ski boots at the end of the day so you have to take these back to your room and 'dry' on the floor there.

There was a new ownership when we went, so they were not yet well set up. Appartment was fine and clean, but no wifi (eventhough the booking said there would be), rarely anyone at the reception (they forget to give us ski locker key). Would recommend they include some wine glasses and a hairdryer at least in the appartment.

Location is great, just by ski lifts, close to ski school, great bakery close by and great ski shop (sport 2000).

To recap: mouldy, dirty, broken beds, several electrical dangers such as exposed wires (illegal) as they can actually kill ppl (especially kids), lied about the parking on advert, its just parking in town IF you can find some. But you have a big FREE PARKING on the front page of the hotel.

Confusing as to where to go. Finally found the place and was told no restaurants or any shops open. They also lied about any internet connection. Nightmare. I left and had to find another place at 20:00 in the evening.

Absolutely nothing positive to say about this place, or about Booking, which is supposed to be ensuring information is accurate.

Excellent location, close to a bit parking lot, 50 min from the Sairon chairlift, Sherpa shop at the entrance of the building.

Nobody to help check in even though they said there would be so we showed us at night without housing. Nobody answers the number they leave. Didn’t give us wifi until the last night. Tried to charge a deposit twice.
