I booked this room 11 months ago and requested a room with a view of Eiffel Tower. I was given a room with a view of an courtyard with buildings all the way around, no street view whatsoever. it was a little disappointing since this was the whole reason I booked this hotel.

Small lift, there was a constant smell of mold in the room and toilet and we had to open the windows for a while before going to sleep.

Breakfast could have refilling of fruits. If you get to breakfast in the last 60-90 minutes there will be no more bananas or tangerines, and the employees wouldn’t add any more.

The room was small, but that's Paris I suppose. It was also very hot in the room, I slept with windows open.

Comfortable and clean room, very nice art deco kind of design and a great view on the Tour Eiffel as soon as you step outside. Nice cafe around the corner, quiet Parisian neighbourhood. I also loved the bathroom and the soaps, big mirrors and the availability of a minibar.

We spent two wonderful nights at the hotel! We took an improved room. The most important thing is the stunning view of the Eiffel Tower! The design of the room is beautiful, in the French style. I liked the line of shampoos and gels! Towels and linen are pleasant to the touch. I would like a little more room space, but apparently all hotels in Paris are small, this is their highlight.

The lift is a little small, but other than that nothing was wrong!

The hotel upgraded our room! The room was on the smaller side (expected in Paris) but it was perfectly laid out, all the necessities were there. Loved the diptyque toiletries, coffee machine and the view of the Eiffel tower from the balcony! The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely.

A very nicely decorated and refurbished hotel, with interesting furniture details and fresh flowers. Mattress, cushions and bedding were of good quality, quiet neighbourhood, metro is just 2 mins walking, convenient location - 20-30 min walking to any historical sight. We were lucky to get a room to fit 2 adults and 1 child, with a single bed in the little hallway room.

Small, relatively central hotel. Bed was very comfortable, the building itself is of course old (Paris), but the hotel itself was fine. The hotel has a practice that you have to leave the key at the reception, this increases security - there is always someone in the reception. Also big plus that they offer free cafe and tea in the room!

It's a bit old-fashioned, which can be good or bad. I had to get help from reception to figure out how to turn on the electricity. But it looks a lot more charming than standard chain hotels, so there is an upside.

Excellent location, charming room furnished with style. Good tea and coffee in the room, good shower.

As a hotel chain manager in central London I can recommend the morning shift staff to get a better training on customer service , night shift guy was really good on his duty, the rest needs to know that front desk needs to be polite and kind when they are dealing with customers . Keep in mind that customers is the heart of any business and especially in hospitality sector . First thing i learned in the university to get my degree in management in hospitality business .
