Property is tired, carpets are worn and place generally needs an update. I arrived in the evening, I asked for help on a plumbing issue as I had a problem with water not evacuated from the sink , and no one got back to me ! When I called back reception , there was no one there .

Cute place very close to airport. You do have to pay for a shuttle even though it says it’s free online :/. Nice bathroom showers and tub. Balcony views.

I just think the front desk employees could be more friendly and acknowledge guest as soon as they arrive. Please know that if you dont have guests in the hotel, most likely you won't have a job.

I was disappointed with the pool facilities. The pool itself was good, and a better size than many hotel pools. However, neither the steam room nor the sauna were working, and the hot tub was not hot.

The room was well set up and comfortable. Service was excellent. The breakfast was very good.

They obviously use the spa as a major selling point but it was a complete joke . Very tired and run down. Needs a huge investment. Pool was way to cold , the jacuzzi also . Out of 4 showers only one was working. The door into the sauna wouldn’t shut properly and there was no comfort area just 6-7 loungers for a huge hotel. The security into the pool was overkill. Just the wrong vibe.

The room for three was a substantial size.

3 of the 4 showers in the swimming pool area were broken. Sauna door didn’t close properly. Sauna water bucket ladle broken. Steamroom hardly any steam.

The location isn't easy to get to by public transport even though it's so close to the airport. Impossible to walk from the airport either due to the major road networks in between and no pedestrian walkways. There is a very good hotel shuttle bus which operates up to 10pm to and from the airport and costs a very reasonable 5 euro per group. However as we arrived after this time we got a taxi which cost 30 euro even though it was only a 5 minute ride! Not the hotels fault I know. The hotel itself was ok for a good night's sleep, although the hotel itself was a little tired. As we arrived late we didn't have a chance to try out the spa facilities so can't comment on this.

The reception staff were not as professional or welcoming as the resort of the staff.. example waiting at least 10 seconds before looking up to serve you and finishing a conversation before serving the client.. the navette to the airport was not well signposted with hôtel staff..

The restaurant and the service were exceptionally good, a great team. The spa was clean and à welcome break, although it was lacking a few things that were not working

In my room the bathroom sink plug was broken and water didn’t drain. In the spa many of the showers were broken.

arrived at the hotel at 9pm they could not find my booking with the booking.com reference number as I had 2 rooms booked under same booking reference number but 2 different guests name. After a lengthy discussion with the manager they managed to find the bookings, at the hotel they charged me 250 Euro deposit on each room I booked with them, i had two rooms booked with them so I had 500 Euro blocked which I could not use during my holiday and the blocked deposit was refunded 7 days after I checked out of the hotel. I don't have a problem with the deposit but they should have made it clear that they will take 250 euro deposit for each room and had they done that I may have not made the booking with them on the first place and choose another hotel whom may not have blocked my 500 Euro which I could have spend on for my children's to make a short holiday a enjoyable holiday.
