    When I arrived manager did not answer the number mentioned on the website. She answered on 3rd call, she said they were not expecting me and that they are not working on sundays, but to wait and man will open the doors for me. After waiting 10 or 20 minutes man approaches and takes me to another place. He caan't open the door, I wait 30 minutes, after this they let me stay at another room, so like 3rd spare appartment. Room was cleanish, not dirty for sure, but there was mold I think. They say they need to change a bulb, couse there is no light in main room, I am asking to do it now or later, as I am planning to cook. They decide come later. I go for shop to found that I do not have knife to cut anything and later I see that dishes are dirty, and there is no cleaning materials, sponge or soap. The man brought me knives, thank god, brought bulb, but it was not a problem. Hear me out this is not a problem, but I arrived at 2 pm, have only 2 and half day and I am wasted 3 to 4 hours. after this it appears I have no wifi and wait to fix that, but it was not fixed. Also pictures in the booking is different, it was entirely different building and rooms. I called the Manager, number which is indicated here, but she never answered my calls, nor she called me back. Shortly, if you lucky you will get the good room, or not. I, Myself, left after 1 night, I had no nerve to care about this.

    I am dissappointed, however the handyman was really helpful, even tho I called him 5 times a day, but problem is that I shouldn't call 5 times a day. View was okay and balcony mentioned and shown in pictures not same, nonetheless it was sweet to sit on window and look out from the building.

    The host was not helpful. She sent a man who could not speak English to show us the apartment. The apartment is nothing like described in the listed pictures at all. Rooms smelt bad, very dark and dirty. The bed could not be slept on, so we ended up having to sleep on the sofa which is not clean neither. Bathroom was terrible with water leaking from the shower and very old facilities. For the listing with wrong pictures, we booked 3 nights but eventually having to leave after 2 nights as we could not handle it anymore. I would say this is a scam! Better stay away from it.

    Location is central and close to most historic attractions in Batumi
