Please note that the hotel is quite high up and it is a long walk from the coastline. Also during our stay there was an infestation of Chinese beetles, during each day we found several pieces, I hope they will do something about it.

We had a bug problem, so there were really many bugs, but as the house was in the mountain and it was related to the season, then there were not much the host could have done about it. But it would have been nice to know that before the arrival.

The property was really nice and private. The host was helpful and organized a really nice day trip for us.

In August, we stayed at Villa Deluxe Kvariati and had a wonderful experience. The room was impeccably clean and offered stunning views of the Black Sea and mountains. I highly reccommed Villa deluxe. First of all the Host is very nice, kind and helpful. Rooms are very good equipped with high standard, towels, cosmetics. The view is totally amazing and breath taking! The big advantage is swimming pool with perfect view. It is easy to communicate in EN, RU, GE with the Host. Thank you for warm welcome and perfect time there!

The neighbor rents out to groups of young men who sometimes make a big ruckus overnight … And sometimes there is a bad smell ( sewage) in the bathroom.

It is a nice place to st… No! It is a really great place to stay! The view from the apartment is tremendous! Just imagine sitting there on the balcony every evening and enjoying the beautiful sunset sipping local wine. Yep, we had that. And it was like in a movie! And the way from the house to the beach is like a fairytale! With all these enormous trees, scrapping the skies, singing birds, wild mountain streams. These fifteen minutes of walking to the beach and back were not a burden, but a little adventure every time. But if you don’t want to walk all by yourself - it’s ok! I’ve seen a couple of times how host gave a ride to the beach for residents in his van. And yes, the host! He is such a great person! Really kind and welcoming, he was always there, ready to help us. Thanks again to him and to his hospitality. We had a gorgeous vacation in his gorgeous house (oh, I’ve forgotten to mention that the house was really nice, stylish and clean) and I would really recommend you to check this place by yourself, because you definitely won’t regret this!

Excellent place if you want to experience unmatched sea vacation. View from this lovely house is simply out of this world and nothing is better than watching sunset from there. Even in the hottest days, you'll have some very nice, cool evenings, as you're on a mountain side. By car, you can get to the sea in no time. Excellent

The furniture of the room is new and modern but somehow lacks a bit atmosphere/ cosyness. There was no toiletpaper when we arrived so we bought some. We only got one towel each and they had a funky smell. For us the biggest downside is that they do not serve breakfast. Also a mosquito screen would have been great.

This is more a guesthouse than a hotel. You stay with the host and his family. The house is very new and clean. The views are spectacular and the pool is great. You can use the laundry machine and dryer for free.

When we arrived, there was no electricity or water, but luckily it was restored quickly. The place in general would need more eye for details, maintenance equipment hanging around, no shower curtain/glass so you can imagine the rest of the floor after a shower. Also, never seen a washing machine in the entrance lobby.

The beds are very very outdated, it was practically impossible to lay on them, could feel every hinge. When I brought it up to the hotel owner/manager he just told me that the beds are new but from Turkey and I must be used to the European standards. A load of... After long negotiations finally managed to get some blankets to make it bearable. Not a great start of the holiday I must say. No apology just excuses. Other members of staff speak no English. Cleaning standards could also be improved! the drawers were dirty. Oh and the shower has no doors so the entire room becomes a massive wash room, really need to get that sorted given that the bathroom is not big. No parasols by the pool either!

The view from the balcony is stunning! and the food catering service they use is very yummy, however sometimes takes a while!
