We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GeorgiaAgain, there is a strange approach for breakfast, but food is good. On the first day I arrived strictly at breakfast starting time but they were not ready. I ended up leaving without it, but next days all went smoothly. Shower handle was positioned uncomfortably.
Excellent location, very big and clean room. Good WiFi. Friendly Staff. A bit strange, but very good breakfast. By strange I mean that it is not an open buffet, you have to order and wait a little bit. But food is good and it's plenty

EstoniaHad some problems with noise. The street is quiet, but noises from hotel corridor and other rooms could be disturbing as there is no soundproofing. We had some loud guests who were very inconsiderate of others during nighttime. If you're in top floor then you will probably hear furniture moving during breakfast from the restaurant upstairs. But this can be solved with earplugs and otherwise I definitely recommend staying here!
Absolutely perfect location, practically everything is within walking distance (bars, restaurants, beach etc), very convenient! Room is clean and spacious, staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok, but would be nice to have more variety. Wifi was quite good.

I loved this hotel, from the time I stepped in and checked in. Kakha and Liza from the reception desk are two excellent human beings. I loved the view, the location, the room, the bathroom and breakfast buffet. I was quite skeptical when I saw the place in the site but it was all love when I reached the place. Kakha helped us with the tour next day and he spoke to the driver whenever we had communication gap, also the driver he arranged was an excellent guide. Also Liza is the most warm person and I actually missed saying bye to her. The location is next to almost all the attractions and 5mins walk to the beach <3. Laundry/ housekeeping lady was great too. Thank you team BWP, I will be back :)

United KingdomHousekeeping was irregular and not everything was done each day. One day nothing was done at all, and my bin was overflowing. A disappointing part of an otherwise comfortable stay. Bathroom lighting (especially over the bathtub) wasn’t good. The bathtub was very slippery when soapy. A rubber mat should be provided.

United KingdomThis hotel is in the city center and one should anticipate some noise. Despite the high quality windows the location can be a little noisy... All was quiet after 10 in the evening so not a big deal. I will stay here again.
Beautiful building, very well maintained, great staff, nicely furnished room complete with tea and coffee service station and mini bar. No issues with WiFi, internal restaurant has good food and the best view in town.

KuwaitSome reception and restaurant employees attitude are not good. One slow elevator. Room lighting switches around the bed don’t work. 150 TV channels with No English language and I complained about that for two days, then they added only two channels (BBC news and 1 sport channel) with no English movies channels. Many employees don’t know English language. This hotel has no swimming pool and no gym.
Excellent Location in old side of sea port Batumi, supermarket cross the street, and many restaurants a round there too. Ali & Nino, Alphabetic tower and other attractions only 10 minutes walking west side of the hotel. Boat tour and skyline cable car, and motorcycles and bikes cycling rentals on the east side of hotel for 12 minutes walking. Hotel Breakfast are satisfactory too with lovely terrace sea view.
