Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThere were little ants marching every now and then. There is practically no drawers and a little rack for your clothes, as a couple you will need to live off your luggage. But I don’t mind it, the looks sacrifices and means
It’s massive cinema concept projector and details , which makes you feel like leaving a special time , time for making the ever lasting memories.

The details and design the whole concept. The projector is opened whole New World for me! And the weird one piece, (looking )Carpet!

TurkeyIt is hard to locate the entrance for the hotel. There is no sign. You have to go through a gate with security staff of a cafe to get to the hotel door. Weird.. but once learned, easy to adapt.
Location is very nice. Plus the staff were very kind and helpful.

RussiaIt was a bit cold inside, ACs didn’t have a heating mode. But the bath fixed this problem :)
It’s brand new, good looking and really enjoyable. Bath is huge enough for two people. Projector is on android tv, so it’s easy to play your favorite streaming.

RussiaIt was a bit noisy at night, the vinyl player was not working properly (and was not fixed after we have informed staff about it - room 209). I would also add more storage option - eg wardrobe or more hangers.
Location and interior is great

The design is amazing! Projector instead of tv is a great idea, also I liked a vinyl player in the room. To reach the hotel, you should pass through a loud bar, but there is absolutely quiet inside.

SingaporeI am from Hong Kong, so imagine my surprise when I read that the Georgian architect (who worked as a set designer, filmmaker and photographer) named his boutique hotel / passion project after Wong Kar Wai’s “My Blueberry Nights” (a HK film)! Rooms are Japanese-inspired and the beds were super cloud-like and comfy. My friend and I had a quiet night in, watching anything and everything on the in-room projector and singing along to the vinyl player (both of which were excellent)! We managed to catch a glimpse of another room and the interior design is immaculate. Service from everyone was also top notch. Location is great - just a few minutes’ (and safe) walk to the bustling Rustaveli Metro, although the building itself is in a quiet location. 15/10 would stay here again next time I’m in Tbilisi! Thank you for an amazing stay!

United StatesIn case you have a business trip and need complete silence for sleeping, we’ll be aware that the hotel is close to the Lolita cafe, so it will be noisy a bit until 2 AM
Stunning design. And Café Lolita, with an awesome kitchen and staff, is one step away from the hotel door.

United StatesNothing since I was not facing Lolita (the bar downstairs) my room was super silent and I enjoyed my stay to the fullest.
This hotel is stylish and the rooms are very unique, I enjoyed every moment of it. There are vinyl sets in the room, the projector sets a very chill atmosphere, the bathtub was also 10/10. Location of this place is very convenient, a lot of nice restaurants & breakfast spots nearby.

BrazilThere a lot of restaurants inside hotels, but here you see the opposite. there is a very busy restaurant full of clientes from morning to 2am, after that they clean the restaurant so on, that means about 4,5 h of silence a day. the constant noise is from music and conversation. i’ve never seen a such a good place being ruined by the lack of noise cancelling windows, they desperately need it disclaimer: some rooms don’t face the restaurant apparently,
location(great for public transportation) and decoration

NetherlandsIt could be noisy with the sounds of the cool bar close by (Lolita), so hard to for example leave your window open for fresh air at night, as you would hear the noise. I believe it stopped at 01:00.
Great location, great design, good amenities, helpful staff, good wifi, loved the bathtub.
