Although clean, some of the bedsheets and towels were slightly stained and could be replaced.

The flat was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five and we loved our stay here. It was a fantastic location to visit the Christmas markets, less than a five minute walk away and the 360 penthouse view of the whole city was wonderful for watching New Years fireworks. Can highly recommend this flat for a cosy winter holiday. At the price point was very good value and had everything we needed for a great base for exploring Tbilisi with shops and good restaurants near by.

Booked for parents. Very spacious apartment, freshly renovated and stylish. very comfortable sofas for a big group of people. AC in all rooms. 1 toilet + Bathroom and toilet. Location is amazing. 24 h shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. You walk to dry bridge within a minute. Very authentic neighborhood. Smooth check in and checkout. Host was very fast to respond. Loved everything about this booking.

The room that we stay is on the 3rd floor. It was so hard to carry all our baggages upstairs . Even had the staff to carry for us but we had to pay extra.

The only issue we had was wifi and the internet in general - very weak and slow.

The host was responsive to our needs. The transfer has been arranged for us for an additional fee. The apartment has an amazing view and a great location. There's plenty of space for our big family and kids.

it looks a little old and from the outside, it's really not what you expect. Also, there's no way to pay by card at the facilities, only through a link on the internet. you may run into issues here, as your credit card company may not allow you to pay through that link

Location is Pathetic. Old Building, Never cleaned. It was scary, not lit and hopeless. Have to carry baggage to the top with no assistance. Its an apartment on top floor with no boards or signs. Not recommended for families. If you are looking only for space, then this is good. Dont expect anything else. You need to pay in advance so that you dont run away seeing this place.

The bed is old and make noise when moves. I would have appreciate if we were asked if we needed to clean as we stayed 10 days.

Manager cannot speak English. He speaks his own language very loudly for no obvious reason or benefit as we cannot understand him. We requested extra pillow and he started questioning why you need it as you are six people and there six pillows in the apartment. We had to ask him to remove carnage and to provide hand soap and new towel. There was no daily cleaning service. There is no lift and the flat is on the forth floor and it would be hard to get there if you are tired after a long day.

It's on the 3rd floor of a wornout building. There was no elevator, and it was hard to carry the luggage. They made us wait while checking for 1 hour. Total interaction with the hosts was not pleasant.

The apartment was closed for a long time because there was a bad smell inside. The beds were really uncomfortable with springs which were hurting and a lot of noise from outside. Moreover, the main door of the building was always open as broken and the internal condition of the house was so poor. Breakfast was available but was not proposed. not possible to pay with a card and the person who come to open has no change. After one night we change structure Honestly I'm wondering how it is possible that rating is more than 9.

Overall quality is below average. Seems like two seaprate appartments were joined together and some random stuff was used to furnish the room. Some decisions are very unobvuios. Electrical swith located at the other part of the room. UK standard outlets, no water tap in the bathroom sink and so on. You can spend couple of days here obviously but this place definetely needs a rehting and redesing to make use of its enourmous space.

The street noise at night was very loud. Lots of honking cars and barking dogs. We got used to it by our last night, but would have liked something quieter.

The apartment is large and very close to Dry Bridge. Even though we arrived in the wee hours of the morning, our host arranged for someone to meet us to show us around the apartment and hand over the keys. He also walked me to a nearby ATM so that I could pay for the apartment.

No elevator, no enough beds for 8 persons, the stars dangers, I was fell down, not easily parking.

The location, the owner (Mr. David) was very nice guy and cooperative. The representative can’t speak English good.
