We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

EstoniaOn rainy days the air in the room smells a bit musty. You share a terrace with the neighboring room and when there are guests in the neighboring room, you need to keep all your windows covered with curtains for privacy.
The location is very good - less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, a bus stop with frequent connections to Batumi is even closer. The house has beautiful terraces with sea view. The staff is incredible, reading your every wish from your eyes and preparing delicious food for you if you ask.

GermanyI love Feride! The location is great....just a 5 minute drive from Batumi Central Station, nestled in a small dead end road near the beach, in Makhinjauri. Feride greeted me as i arrived on the late train at 00:45 with a delicious dinner. My cast and crew later arrived the next day and we spent our meals and down time here. Feride was more than hospital and made us feel at home. The rooms are simple and very clean. I stayed one week, and am going to dearly miss this place. Their on site kitchen is the best! Mostly Georgian and Russian spoken.

I like the owners, Feride, Fatima, they are all polite and hospitable. It’s near Batumi, approximately 15 minutes from the center on a car. Also near the house are beach and Botanical Garden.

DenmarkTasty homemade food, with an excellent glass of housemade chakvi. Nice green terrace with sea view. The double room was clean and spacious, and quiet, facing the opposite side of the road. Coffee on arrival, the hosts treat you like a king 🙂
