In the morning roosters crowed near the house, but it was not a problem for us.

It is very good apartment with 3 bedrooms and wonderful rest zone with fireplace and balcony. There are a lot of interesting details in the apartment, which give the impression of a cozy place where you want to be.

Our stay at the apartment was incredibly enjoyable. The space exudes coziness, complemented by a fantastic view from the living room window and the added comfort of a fireplace. With three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, it offered ample space for everyone. The Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable throughout our stay. Nestled in a tranquil area, we relished the peace and quiet. A mere 15-minute walk brought us to the center of Signal, complete with restaurants and shops. The owner's warmth and helpfulness added a special touch to our experience. Going above and beyond, she even drove us to the center and guided us to the grocery stores. It's an authentic experience of Georgian hospitality.

One bathroom didn't have heating and it was super cold. But we used the other bathroom for the shower.

The landlady was incredibly helpful and charming. She brought everything we asked (like a new pan for cooking, more wood for the fireplace...) and she even sent me a couple of things that I forgot in the apartment when we left. We stayed 5 adults, a baby and a dog. No problems at all The place is located 15min walking from sighnaghi center. A beautiful forest road we walked gladly even in the cold evening. I really recommend this place!

Neighborhood and surroundings are... questionable. When we first arrived and saw the building our thoughts were somewhere between "there's no way" and "we are surely under the wrong address". Apartment is in quite old and neglected building on the outskirts of Sighnaghi, so be prepared for it. Good thing we had a car, because otherwise I have no idea how would we be able to get to the city. The road is narrow, badly lit and surrounded by bushes and trees - definitely not ideal conditions for an evening walk. The other issue is water in the bathroom - don't expect a hot shower, lukewarm is the best you can get.

The place was spacious, comfy and clean. Wi-Fi was working properly, as did the washing machine. Beds vere super big and comfy, we had a very nice sleep there :) Kitchen is well equipped, although it lacks bigger mugs and some of the cutlery. Check-in as well as check-out were unproblematic, the owner is super nice and replies quickly via WhatsApp.

The appointment is far from the town, good only if you have a car. Kitchen and the living room can be updated. Kitchenware should be replaced. Gas heater was broken when we arrived but it was fixed quickly.

The kitchen could be more equipped. The living room's furniture is a bit old but OK. The building from the outside is decadent and perhaps some lights in the stairwell would be helpful because it is pretty dangerous with kids and older guests.

This is a guest apartment with a kitchen so no breakfast is provided on-site. Three comfortable double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large and spacious living with fireplace and kitchen. The place has been recently renovated, it is brand new! Kitchen is fairly equipped but do not plan to make abundant meals as there is insufficient crockery and cutlery. However, I am sure that if you ask the owner they will provide you with what you need. The view over the valley and mountain range is beautiful. Parking is not an issue around the premises. Overall a great stay and stay again!

The house itself is very old and the entrance can look quite spooky at first. But in the end it didn't matter to us.

The apartment is very clean and cozy. It is spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet place, a bit far from the city center, but this is exactly what we wanted. The hostess, Maia, is amazing, and so is her family. The breakfasts they made us were delicious. Thank you so much for everything! These were amazing 5 days. Hope to return again one day.

The apartment is new, clean and cosy. It has stylish interior and big balcony with a beautiful view for the nature. It is close to the city center and at the same time away from the city hustle and bustle. I couldn't imagine a better location. The apartment is spotless but the main reason why I will come back is Maia the host and her family. Sighnaghi is truly the city of love because those people have great hearts and will make your stay unforgettable. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Good location, just minutes from Signaghi in a quiet place. Host was helpful and was able to take us into Signaghi most of the time. There’s a nice outdoor swimming pool nearby. The apartment is large, clean, well decorated, all basic amenities available, large balcony.

The apartment is very spacious and full of green around. And the host Maia is very helpful and accommodating. She even gave me a bottle of home brewed wine to enjoy on the balcony at night. Thank you Maia☺️☺️

We spent here only one night but wanted to stay longer. The accommodation is located in a quiet area where you can rest and enjoy the silence along with an amazing view from the wide balcony. There are three completely separate rooms, each of them have a spacious bed and all needed amenities. A big living room with the kitchen and all equipment for cooking (also very beautiful and cute tableware). The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly, we were met and shown the way to the properly in late evening. You can also enjoy a cup of very good coffee on the sand in the host’s cafe nearby. Many thanks and hope to meet again!!
