Few recommendations: - artificial smell diffusor should be removed from the rooms, it is overused - heat cannot be regulated in the rooms we had to sleep with open window because it was very very hot - my eyes and mouth were burning in the pool because of overuse of chloride and I could not stay there long

Great staff! The managerof the hotel was very nice to accept our request to move our reservation from FRI to SAT without extra charge. Very nice inerior design with Georgian Funduki furniture and decorations

The place has no elevator so you have to carry your stuff 😁But if you travel light, this is a perfect place for you.

Rooms were quite small compared to what we saw on booking.com, but the hotel staff ensured we were very comfortable.

Dreadful rooms and a rather unpleasant but still bearable bathroom. Horrible noise and vibration from the highway just a few meters away - all night long. >> Not a 4-star hotel! <<

Nice, kind and helpful staff. Greetings and thank you to all of them! There is also a very acceptable restaurant and the breakfast was pretty fine.

No air conditioning and no iron no free water the place needs some restoration the guy on the cafe was little rude to us when we asked for our coffee after the breakfast because we left our table a little messy !!

The place was clean and quiet the location was perfect , the view absolutely amazing , but there no air conditioning what made the sleep at night not comfortable because the location of the hotel where exactly on the high road !!

The pool was close. There is not yoga class, just a room and some equipment for yoga.

Every day the same breakfast - I wanted a little variety. Expensive restaurant. Nearest store 30min away.

I was afraid it would be noisy, however the rooms that are in the concrete structure (where the restaurant and SPA are) are quiet. The pool was warm and there weren't many people because it's off season. The staff were very friendly. They cleaned every day in a magical way - as soon as we go out somewhere for 10 minutes, everything is cleaned when we return.

It is not about the property. Its about the location there are no pharmacies nearby. We struggled because of that.

The hotel does not have elevator to move from one level to the other. Considering the location and design of the hotel, I do understand why was it that way but it can cause inconvenience to some.

The hotel is very well located. Staff was helpful and nice. The views from the rooms are breathtaking. The restaurant is good. Have heaters in the room and facility for hot water.

No lift.. this is a big downer in the property. When we checked in, we had a person to carry our luggage down. But while checking out, we had to carry our big suitcases up 2 floors as he was on leave. No room service. You have to go to the restaurant and order and pick up your food.

The hotel is very beautiful with a nice chic interior, surely made with a lot of taste. The restaurant has a good selection of both international and local cuisine. The highlight was Niko, the restaurant manager, the bartender, the server... an all in all kind of a guy, and most importantly, he makes amazing cocktails 🍸...

towels had a smell, not enough electric sockets, not secure window, poor breakfast, too expensive, far away from civilisation and near the road with heavy traffic.

There is indeed a smell in bathroom in one of the two rooms of our family suite but we did not stay in the room long enough to suffer. Hotel is aware of it but there is nothing they can do, it's linked to local infrastructure issues. There is no elevator but we were helped with luggage.

We booked 4 nights with 2 kids one week before arrival. Reviews for this hotel varied a lot but we decided to book it anyway. Globally we enjoyed the stay despite some drawbacks but hey, it's a matter of managing expectations. Gudauri station is still in development, you need to accept some unconveniences due to lack of local facilities. Hotel staff is very nice and does its best to help and guide you (transfer to slopes, help with luggage). Food in hotel restaurant was surprisingly very good so there was no need to go out in the evening looking for a place to eat. Swimming pool (main reason for choice with kids) is big enough, heated and has a great view. Sauna is a great place to relax after a day of ski. Ski pass and rental rates are cheap, snow is great. Mountain view is stunning! So if you are in a right positive mood, really go for it. Some people mention noise from the road, we heard nothing from where we were.

First of all, the hotel has a beautifully decorated interior. Every area is cozy and cute. we felt very comfortable everywhere. Second, the staff is super friendly, and attentive (in reception, in the dining room, chef) You could feel the good vibes. Third, the kitchen was amazing! 1000/10 - Everything was so tasty and delicious that we didn’t even want to eat somewhere else (if you are a chocolate lover choose lava cake). Quadrum made our vacation pleasant. Highly recommended!

no parking available and hard to park, and the restaurant is ok (taste and service and pricey) also beds are too fluffy which some find not uncomfortable.

Awesome hotel, and very cool design. i loved the architecture of the place and also the facilities. and the view is also great for all rooms. in general a great experience and i really suggest for long stay if you work remotely. they have a lot of common areas for workspace and kitchen

going to the room up the spiral stairs for a big guy is not comfortable. the bathroom is separated from the room, and it started smelling. you could hear the trucks from the room
