The carpets because wheelie suitcases didn't move that easily on them. I heard that those in rooms facing the water were woken up by crazy building works which was unpleasantly noisy, so I'm glad we were the other side.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The happy hour was excellent value.

The location was great near to great bars and restaurants. I really enjoyed the pool bar although it shut at 7 which was not so good. Nobody showed us how to indicate to housekeeping that the room was ready to be serviced . You had to do it on the phone I had no idea !! I can't stand the small milks, teas and coffee packets you get in rooms please put some better products and fresh milk in the fridge!! The Sunborn is a 5 star hotel so please address this . Overall it was lovely.

I loved the position of the Sunborn. To be able to look out of the windows and see all the yachts and the sea was amazing. Watching planes take off and land was awesome. It was also lovely to see the business of the harbour. The food was excellent in all areas. The staff were very welcoming I couldn't fault the Sunborn. Everything you requested was attended to and delivered. All the staff were very professional at all times

outside bar closed at 8 main bar deck closed all time was there were we wanted to watch the sunset from there casino was closed / non existent to us we all got new clothes to dress up but no where on ship to go as no entertainment on Sundays not sure if we new this re entertainment may have missed it all in all bit disappointed but the rooms were great

Cool experience and staff were very nice. Walking distance to the border. They had a vegan breakfast and lovely exotic fruits. Staff were lovely, especially Jan at bar and staff in Reception.

We didn’t really like the bed. Someone should have explained that if we open the patio doors and they aren’t fully closed. Although we thought they were. The AC won’t come back on. We had to call for service and he quickly discovered the problem. Thankful they came right away and took care of it.

Could not use the pool and bar area which was very disappointing. No shade, overcrowded and noisy,loud bad music. unable to use pool early morning when temperatures more bearable. Totally unsuitable for a relaxing stay. Despite 3 staff doing very little they were unwilling to bring us hot drinks

no parking space available for us, small pool on the topdeck, cold water in the pool and pool bar with lower quality of the drinks

Absolutely nothing not to like

my suite was amazing i was very lucky that i was upgraded to the rock suite which was spacious and had a great bathroom and balcony I had breakfast buffet style which as delicious a great amount of choice for all Location of the property is very accesible to the airport and the town as well as the marina area that offers a wide selection of bars and resturants. the pool is beautiful and a very sociable area.
