- The apartament had a funny smell coming from drains/bathroom - I had to ventilate it upon arrival and every now and then during the stay. - Heats build up rapidly even if the windows/blinds are kept shut

- Their recepcionist is the best! She's very friendly, kind, always smiling and providing wise advices throughout the stay. - The apartment is very well equipped: the beds are comfortable (and made everyday!) and the A/C cools the room and living area fast enough. - Towels, gel, shampoo, body lotion and flip flops are provided. - The mini bar, kept in the fridge, has a reasonable price e.g., 1.5L bottle of water at 1€.

I cannot find fault. It provided everything you could possibly need - on a budget.

Polite staff who know how to host. The location is ideal as it's just outside the centre, 1km walk on a single road to the centre, plus it's on the bus line to faliraki and the south. I wasn't expecting much, but I am more than happy with what I got.

The staff was super friendly & always smiling. The apartments & the premises were kept very clean. I liked that our apartment had two separate bedrooms. The pool had a very good self-cleaning filter installed and was clean & warm at all times. The location is outside the city centre, but it is still within walking distance (around 20-25 minutes). There is a lot of local restaurants and shops around the hotel with significantly lower prices than in the city centre (and you can also order via delivery apps). Closest beach is a 20-minutes walk from the hotel & it's a local sandy one. AC & WiFi were also very good.

Ms Domy and all the staff were very lovely! Everyone has a smile on their face and greeted us warmly everyday. Domy gave us several recommendations to eat and visit, with in-depth historical talks. As we went during Easter there were some places closed but Domy helped us to find places that were still open to make sure we had the best time! You can walk to the old Rhodes centre in 15-20mins or there are taxi service you can call. We rented a car which is ideal to travel over Rhodes as there are many great places to visit. Overall this place is family friendly and we had a great stay.

Location distanced around 1 km from the city center and no restaurant or any drink & beverages in the hotel, but it wasn't a big problem at all especially with such a nice staff

It was not a problem for us but it's worth to note the street was quite noise at night.

Very nice little hotel with an extremely friendly host. It was too early to use the pool (we were there in April), but the apartment was very nice, with a small, well equipped kitchen. We liked it very much. We could walk to the Old Town in around 15 minutes. There were several very good restaurants and cafes around.

The kitchen was small and not well planned with electric sockets in odd places.

Nice location at walking distance from beach and old town. The apartment and communal area were clean, staff helpful, they gave us a coffee machine. The real pearl there is Domy, she is fantastic, very helpful, kind, proactive, available to inform you about places to visit, cafes and restaurants.

Good location close to everywhere, super easy free street side parking, making it super convenient to bring a rental car. friendliest stuff you could ask for. Comfortable bed, large room with all you need, shower is very good too! But what really makes 7Palms shine is Ms. Domy, in particular, is a superstar! She's friendly, helpful, and makes you feel right at home. She even shared some delicious home-grown Loquat fruit with me - what a nice touch! Thank you!

Nice place for staying! Especially thanks to Domy, who gave us a lot of recommendations about nearest cafes and restaurants. It was really helpful. We will definitely come again! Location was also great. It's close to the old city, beaches and main road of the island. We rent a car and had our own free parking place. PS. Dear Domy, I wrote you on what's up =)

Our only disappointment was the pool not being filled as we were slightly out of season. The temperature was 24 degrees in April and the pool would have been the icing on the cake. If we return I'll make sure it's when the pool is full!

Domy was the most amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble, she made sure we were looked after at every opportunity and we really appreciated seeing her warm welcome every day. We felt that the apartment was in a great location - a 30 minute leisurely walk into the beautiful old town. We loved meandering inside the medieval walls, watching the divers at Elli Beach and the beautiful sandy beach at Falaraki. The best bit about staying outside the tourist area was that the restaurants were amazing value for money and so delicious. Lipsi bar in the old town however was the best moussaka that melted in the mouth. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday where we made lots of memories. Thank you, Domy!

Perfect host - Domy had lots of great recommendations and always gave a warm reception. Really clean- Apartments cleaned everyday, immaculate. Great location - Ideal if you don't want to stay in the middle of the tourist area (old town). This is a 15/20 minute walk away in a nice neighborhood. If you are driving this would be suitable as there is plenty of parking around and it's also close to the main roads out of Rhodes.

The receptionist called “Domenica” has been such a great host, she helped us with everything and giving us advices during our stay. The location is ok, you can move by foot or you can take the e-scooters available all around the island (the hotel has also free bikes if u want) Anyway yes, great stay, the price was very good (talking about April prices, I don’t know for the summer). Perfect stay if you rent a car. Location in a quiet place. Close to ancient city about ten minutes to walk. Very good conditioned rooms. Every day cleaning. The staff very helpfull. Gave a coffee machine to our room. Highly recomended. The host shipped us a necklace which we forgot in the room.
