the management must change over there... there a lot of thing that should change. you can not have a cocktail at the pool just beer and juice

All the 3 beaches next to the hotel were very dirty (plastic, straws, coffecups, everything), nobody visited them, everybody went by car to the other beaches of the island which were all cleaned. Hotel is on a beautiful hill, is well managed, too bad that is not renovated a bit. Also, I coudn't understand why pool was closed til 10, I wish I could swim in the morning.

Staff was extremly kind and helpful, we've got a much bigger room than we've expected, location was beautiful, food was not too god, but ok.

1. We multiple times found spiders, millipedes and worms in our room. I guess the hotel doesn't do border treatments. When we killed a rather large spider and called the hotel staff since we had enough of dealing with insects the cleaning lady (which also was the bartender mentioned in issue #2) simply said oh you should have called me and not kill her...I would have taken her outside. 2. The service was horrible. At the rooftop bar the female bartender rather spent her time flirting with another employee than taking care of us. Over 3.5 hours we only managed to have two rounds of drinks, both times has to ask her to take our order. Could have had a 50 EUR tip.. 3. Rooms were not cleaned. Spiderwebs and dust everywhere. Bed mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. 4. Food was totally sub par. Yes - it s a buffet but their selection is minimal and the quality is bad. 1980s factory or military cantina comes to mind. 5. Price...this place is not cheap to begin with but given the issue above it s ridiculous. I get a 6 bedroom villa looking like it came from a reality TV show with cook and cleaning lady in Bali for that price.

The hotel is situated on a picturesque hill with a great view.

working hours of swimming pool :( . No sport channels on TV so could not watch Wimbledon, Dusty parking. Generally roads in Ammouliani should be resurfaced.

Although it's a 4 stars hotel, they told us the rooms will be cleaned every 4 days, while the trash kept on piling up and the toilet paper started to lack... but, if you needed something from the reception, they were receptive, all right.

Nice and cozy rooms, great location, interesting rooms and set-up conception. Big pool, helpful staff.

Total mess in onboarding, we booked two rooms to be close to children, but they were in different buildings. We had to escalate to get the proper settlement one day later. I've booked another room for my sister, but her flight was cancelled. I contacted the resort by phone to discuss how to settle it and was ensured that I can use this money for food / future trips - just need to remind it on arrival. When discussed it on arrival, I was informed that it's not possible and they don't know who promised it.

The beaches are not arranged for guests and are full of garbage, there is no wifi in the rooms, the waiters do not know English. The restaurant does not have fresh fish, the food is very bad in the restaurant. All in all not worth a 4 star resort.
