We wished we had booked two weeks! The internet was slow, but we should not have been working during the week anyway! I have a feeling this is being upgraded in the coming weeks.

Maria gave us a lovely welcome. She showed us the apartment and facilities. The terrace area for the number 3 apartment is wonderful, with good views of the sea and space for a bbq.

It was wonderful stay in Alex-Giannis! The best host ever - Maria will help you in all your questions, also you will be glad to visit her shop near the apartment, highly recommend you. The location is just in 2 min to the amazing beach Barbati and one of the coolest beach bar on Corfu. The sea view from balcony is spectacular, you can enjoy coffee with croissants there in the morning and watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Best value for money I ever had on Booking! Come and enjoy!

Maria is friendly, open and available for their guests. A perfect host! We travelled with two kids and in the evening we sneaked out to the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view without worrying that we won't hear the children if they woke up. The apartment is very close to the beach.

The apartment was very close to beautiful Barbati beach, and restaurants and shops. Everyone was very friendly....we would certainly return. A bus stop is located very close by, making it very easy to get to Corfu Old Town, and other places.

Our stay at Alex-Giannis was exceptional. Our host Maria was so kind in meeting us for an easy check-in. She helped us throughout the trip, answering any questions we had. The apartment was simple, clean, and offered everything one would need for a relaxing Greek island holiday. The location of the property is great for exploring the island or enjoying the great beach just a two-minute walk away. The view from the balcony was phenomenal -- I'll never forget watching the moonlight glimmering on the shore. I hope to be able to come back and stay at Alex-Giannis again. Thank you!

Property address a little vague and my drop off taxi had trouble finding it, would have been easier to give the name of the supermarket run by the hosts which is next to the property as a pick up point for keys .Furniture and facilities a little dated but it was suitable for my single occupancy.

As the house a bit older, there are lots of convenient places for mosquitoes to hide during the day and come out at night time 😁 but we had candles, sprays so was not a big problem. Stayed in june 2022.

The app has a view of the sea, with great sunrises you can wake up to and see . It’s less than a minute walk from a wonderful clear sea with little fish , and lots of beach bars to choose from. Very centrally located to visit other charming places. It was a wonderfully welcoming place thanks to Maria , with the very nice touches of treats !

The best apartment in Barbati. Super Position in a calm place with a beautiful garden with olive, lemon and figue trees, one minute walk to the beach with a Bahia Mare restaurant where you can reserve sunbeds and umbrella and have a tasty lunch or dinner. The apartment has everything you need for a long and comfort stay, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, sleeping rom with bed places and wardrobe. The is a big balcony with a table with chairs, umbrella and grill. Wifi works very fast and it’s convenient if you need to combine the holiday with work. Our apartment was cleaned every second day. We got new towels and bed linen. Also there are parking places. The hostess Maria is so nice and attentive. She is vey kind Woman and assisted us in all questions. We were lucky that found this apartment and got acquainted with such a nice person as Maria. The supermarket is right above the apartment, you need only to get upstairs 10 steps. We’ve got inloved with this place and will come back definitely.

We are in Alex and Giannis for the second time. The apartment is lovely. There is everything you need. The kitchen is small but very functional. There are all the necessary utensils, coffee makers of various types, a sandwich grill, a microwave oven, a stove with an oven. The room has a comfortable wide bed and one single bed, so it can accommodate three people. The mattress is good, comfortable. There is air conditioning and TV. By the way, the TV is SMART, so you can start YouTube on it from your phone. The big plus of this apartment is, of course, a gorgeous view from the balcony (the balcony is very comfortable and is located around the apartment, so you can always find a shady part on it). Another big advantage is that the apartment is practically on the first line, two minutes walk to the beach. The most expensive Barbati villas are located here. The service was top notch. The room was cleaned every day and the bed was changed three or four times a week. All anti-Covarian standards are met. Maria (owner) is a very wonderful and positive person. She helped us rent a car at a rental office at a very good price. She has a store nearby, and if there were urgent questions, it was always possible to quickly get advice. We had a wonderful week of unforgettable stay at Alex and Giannis. In the future, if we rest in Corfu, then only Maria in Alex and Giannis

This place overwhelmed our expectations! Firstly, we have had a big terrace with a barbeque place and dinner table, another terrace with a dinner table, a summer shower, all needed supplies, and electronic devices. Maria, the owner, was very kind to us and always helped with any issues. And last but not least is the most beautiful beach 2 minutes away from the apartment! We visited over 5 beaches across the island, but this one was the most comfortable one and had amazing nature.

Internet connection was unstable but Maria was immediately fixing all the issues.

The apartment is perfectly located - the distance to the one of the best beaches of Corfu is 1 minute walk. The distance to the restaurants is also 2-3 minutes walk. There was no noise from the road instead you can enjoy by sea waves sounds. Very green yard with plenty of different flowers and a gorgeous olive tree. Comfortable parking slot. The apartment was clean and well equipped, it was cleaned every second day and new sets of towels were also provided. Perfect barbecue with all necessary accessories available. Very kind and pleasant hospitality.

Dripping taps, doors don’t close well, and in general furniture and facilities could be improved. Sometimes there was noise from the nearby street late at night.

Great location, only 3 mins walking distance from a beautiful beach! The kitchen is well equipped and there’s a big table at the balcony where we used to have our meals. There’s cleaning service every day.
