Cannot think of any negatives.

Location: right on the beach. Sandy beach goes on for miles each direction. Shallow sea as warm as the Caribbean. Set back from the road by a beautiful olive grove. Very quiet. Lovely people: the owners could not have been more helpful. Very friendly. Spotless. Everything so clean and tidy, the rooms, the grounds, the pool were kept very clean.

The beach is nice and sandy, but the seabed has stones and sea grass. Shoes are recommended. Anyway, the water was clean.

We were looking for a quiet vacation, away from the crowds, and the Alkinoos Beach Hotel was just perfect. At certain times, there were no other people at the beach or the pool, despite the high season. The pool vas big and clean, the pool bar serves gyros and salads, which was just enough for lunch. We had a splendid view from the balcony. The room/studio was cleaned every day, towels were changed, even linen after three days. The bed was big and comfortable.

There is no restaurant at the premises which can be a bit uncomfortable. There is a snack bar around the pool area, which is sufficient but you should plan your dinners ahead. Most of the staff are friendly and very well spoken but we also had unpleasant encounters with some staff members that were quite annoyed they had to talk to us.

Location of the hotel was great. We managed to go to a couple of restaurants around the bay and it was also quite close to some activities like sea kayaking or boat rentals. Breakfast was quite sufficient.

This place is heaven on earth. Everything is really cosy and we enjoyed every part of it. Rooms are relatively newly furbished, with two balconies (one from the bedroom and another one in front of the entrance door). The kitchen is compact and has everything one needs. Cleaning and towel changes were on every two days. There is a big parking lot right next to the building with the apartments. The whole yard is beautiful with many olive trees, short cut grass, and lampposts everywhere. So it looks gorgeous both during the day and the evening/night. The bool is really nice, clean and well maintained. There is a pool bar with really decent prices for food and drinks. Also, there is a huge field (again with nicely cut grass) with football goals tempting us to play bunch of sports there. If that is not enough, the beach 10m far from the swimming pool with free sun beds and sunshades. Yes, sun beds here are free, not like in many other places in this part of Greece where even hotel guests are required to pay for them. Hotel personal is really kind and will help in any way they can. We had our son's birthday there and they helped us to make an order and organise a shipment from some Greek website (I would never be able to accomplish all that communication in Greek by myself). But the gentlemen at the reception was kind enough to organise all of this for us. All in all, I cannot wait to come back here next year.

There was nothing we disliked here. The location is wonderful!

The hotel is nice and quiet, everything very well maintained and clean; The beach is front of the hotel, the view is amazing, with umbrellas and sunbeds, with a little bit of sand and super clean water. Very clean and spacious room. The hosts and staff are very kind, always available to help us with anything we needed. We highly recommend this location!

It's definitely a place to come with children. For one night's stay, it's fine, the place is beautiful. But it's very noisy having so many kids around and you have no moment for relaxation. Not even on the balconies; you can easily watch in the next balcony, so it's not too private 😉 . There are rocks into the sea.

It is a good located hotel. We enjoyed the sea view.

I liked everything, but I saw people on the beach disappointed about one aspect. There are many large stones in the sea water, disturbing for the foot. It's not possible to step painlessly in the sea. But both I and other people staying at this hotel found an extraordinary opportunity: we bought from a nearby Jumbo (I think it was a Jumbo from the city of Nea Moudania, I'm not sure) swimming slippers with thick soles, respectively, a swimming mask with a tube that allows breathing through the mouth while swimming underwater. All kinds of beautiful fish swim through the water, and with these 2 tools, the stones will not be disturbing, but even worthy of exploration. I recommend this approach. I appreciated this fish-watching activity more than a boring water with fine sand.

We've spent some extraordinary days at this location. The apartment with sea view was exactly as we expected, equipped with all the necessary utilities (dryer, air conditioning, kitchen "packed" with everything you want, safebox, and much more). The garden is beautiful, clean, with many different places where you can spend some time. The owner was always at our disposal, helped us by answering various questions and supported us in having a perfect stay. The pool is clean, and the surrounding palm trees give an indescribable tranquility. Various drinks are available at the bar (for a fee); I confirm that they are delicious. There are enough sunbeds on the beach, free of charge. The sunset is great from the beach area, and the sea water is extraordinarily warm and clear, without algae or disturbing animals.

Choice of food is very limited. The beach is not the best for little kids. We went to different beaches. The apartment has a very small kitchen box. Not suitable to cook every day.

The place is very well maintained, very clean and kid friendly. Hosts are very polite. Nice green area and barbecue outside to spend evenings there. Bedroom is renovated, very comfortable. Nice big terraces.

Exceptionally clean, very big room. Everything was brand new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend all families. Hotel's beach was also excellent. Pool is deep and very clean. We went by car. Yerakini was close. Nice restaurants there but I recommend to go to Psakodia.

A beautiful place with everything needed for a wonderful relaxing. Comfortable rooms with large balcony space and amazing view, extremely clean facilities. The pool and the beach are also great, just like on the pictures. Thanks for everything, we are looking forward for chance to visit you again!

Beach is sandy but there are some some rocks in the water so was not so easy for children to play in the shallow waters. There was a full sandy beach 50 meters next...

Hosts were very pleasent and nice. Were there to help with anything. Facilities are nice and clean with both the pool and private beach at hand. Perfect for families with kids for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is really lovely, perfect for families with small children. It has a beautiful garden and a nice pool, just like in the photos. The beach is sandy and long, a few steps from the hotel yard. We would definitively stay there again.

Hotel is at the beach, I had the opportunity for running every morning and then swim. Sea water was surprisingly warm . While our kids were having fun at the pool, we enjoyed the sea.
