The bathroom got wet fairly quickly, but it was not such a big deal!

Great location overlooking the Caldera and Aegean Sea. You simply cannot beat the view you wake up to in the room! Food at Athermi Restaurant (we had a dinner as well as the breakfast)—plenty of options, excellent quality, and quite tasty! Staff: All staff we encountered were friendly and approachable; we felt well taken care of.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Words cannot describe Athermi suites, is such a beautiful place, with the view of the Caldera, the sunset, and a dream place to stay. Our room had a private pool, and a jacuzzi inside the room, a mini bar and a view of the Aegean sea from our bed incredible !!! The restaurant had an amazing variety of food, specially the breakfast with fruits salads, freshly squeezed orange juice and pastries, you can choose from a lot of diferent options that can get you satisfied for the rest of the day. The views from the main pool are also breathtaking, and the bar have a great variety of drinks. Spyros, Sophia and Eriona are such lovely people that are always ready to care to your most minimal needs with a smile. From the welcome drinks ( we arrived two hours before check in) to the room wich was beautifully decorated, to the views from the room, or the main pool, to the service that was oustanding, this became our dream vacation. 100% recommended you'll have a piece of heaven on earth. Thank you Spyros, Sophia, Eriona, and all the staff at Athermi, we will forever remember you !!! and for sure will comeback....

Uncomfortable bed.

Stunning location, our room had a private balcony overlooking the sea with a hot tub. Breakfast is delicious and very generous, as was the restaurant in the evenings.

Owner and staff are just outstanding - willing to help to arrange day trips and make recommendations. The views are awesome, and just far enough from Fira to be more private. Huge breakfast every morning and you get to pick what you want the day before and it is brought to your table fresh at the time you choose the next morning. No lunch needed after that!! Excellent place to just de-compress.

The whole experience was absolutley incredible. Our first break away since having children and wqs the most beautifull scenic place ive ever seen in my life. We fell in love with everything about santorini and athermi suites was a huge part of that. Never recieved customer service to the standards these deliver. The food from this hotel is just wow! Well be returning next year 100% 🙌 Thank to the whole team for me this an incredible trip

Staff were all so so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fabulous. Views stunning and the pool was lovely. Great location with gorgeous views, near to bus stop and great village with several tavernas. No need to go far in the evening. Restaurant at the hotel itself was wonderful. Great service and lovely food. Had a meal there for a special birthday and it was a treat . They gave me cake and candles without asking. If you want a less commercial and more real Santorini experience, and still be pampered go to Athermi. I would definitely go back and not hesitate to recommend

When it came to the pool, I was left slightly disappointed. The water temperature was noticeably colder than what I had anticipated. While some may appreciate a refreshing dip, personally, I was hoping for a more relaxing and comfortable swimming experience. The chilly water limited the time I could spend in the pool, as it was difficult to fully enjoy and unwind in such conditions.

I recently stayed at a hotel that provided an exceptional level of warm and personalized service. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles and made me feel like a valued guest. Maybe just a personal preference, matresses are rather soft, we prefer medium or hard. Again, not necessary a minus for other people :)

Th property is conveniently located on the caldera edge, quite close to some nice beaches and traditional villages. Perissa beach and Pyrgos village are the finest in my opinion. Also Megalochori and Emporio villages are very close and might be worth a visit if you spend more days in the area. Other promovated beaches are also easy to reach by car in max 15 minutes. Akrothiri ancient village is a very interesting venue if you are passionate about bronze age era and how people were living 4000 years ago. In this case, you might want to link this with a visit to the archaeological museum in Fira. Touristic caldera cities are rather close (Fira max 15 min and Oia max 30 min) if you have a car, in fact you will need a car in case you want flexibility and fast access to island point of interest. Despite close to main road, the location offers required tranquillity and recharging after some crowds bathing in the caldera villages. Very nice view from the room or the property in general, to be honest, as it is from almost any point on the island :) Breakfast is good, a la carte, ordered one day before. If you want it in the room, on the balcony, it will be 20 euro extra. In my opinion not worthy as the view from the pool area where the breakfast is served is better than the one from the room. We spent one night here, after two nights spent in another location. And we had a subsequent stay in Fira. After three different locations on the island, I could say this one is a good choice if you can get a proper room rate. All locations we stayed offer very nice rooms, excellent views and good breakfast, probably a standard for top venues in Santorini. All in all it was a nice stay and we enjoyed the time spent and the location.

Where to begin....the staff were warm and welcoming upon our arrival. We arrived very early so our room wasnt ready. The front desk allowed us to leave our luggage and we went sight seeing. The room, as well as the entire property is skillfully crafted by the owner. The grounds are well kept. We had a loft room and the view was amazing. We skipped Oia's sunset and enjoyed the sunset from, the pool, our room as well as the dinning area. Breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel! We ate dinner here too and it was equally delicious. Fresh, innovative cuisine. The staff work so hard to ensure you not only enjoy their property but also Santorini. We meet many lovely people at breakfast. If you need anything just ask the front desk or any staff and they will direct you to the best choice to accommodate you. You are just far enough from the crowds to enjoy peace and tranquility but close enough to explore. I recommend renting a car. Do not wait, you must book this place for your next stay.

This is an absolute hidden gem in Santorini. The hotel is located on the caldera and has amazing views and right next to the traditional charming Greek village Megalochori, where very little tourists hang around, the pool and pool area are great, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, there is a good mini bar and the staff go above and beyond to make the stay even more comfortable. We were luckily upgraded on our last night which was a nice surprise. The daily breakfast is excellent and the restaurant attached to the hotel boasts some of the best food we have eaten on our European holiday. The sunset views from the hotel also means you don’t have to fight the crowds in Fira or Oia. The sunset views at the hotel are superior to the tourist spots. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This exceeded all our expectations. Stunning hotel, worth every penny and was the icing on the cake at the end of our holiday. Staff were amazing, views were like no other, rooms spacious and the restaurant itself had the best food. the BEST salads and stuffed vine leaves I’ve ever had, I think they knew this because we ordered them every single day - compliments to the chef!
