Perfect view over the best beach & sea on the island. Good facilities & comfortable beds. Daily refuse collection, beds made, and general tidy up by the very friendly Georgia. Great pool. Private entrance to a beautiful, remote, quiet beach with crystal-clear water. Provision of sun loungers, beach umbrellas & towels.

The road to the property is slightly challenging, you have a sharp angle to climb with your car. Also the climbing back from the beach. What left the bad taste for the stay is that we were charged 50 EUR for the toaster that got broken by us from normal usage( didn’t fell, just pressed the toast and the plastic handle got broken).

The view is WOW! The location was amazing, the house has all you need, and really comfortable. The pool and sitting outside during the sunset. Almost private beach.

Having mobility difficulties very steep climb to and from beach. Steep climb to walk into town. Steep climb back to villa. If you have problems walking a care is a must.

Stunning location - we loved Milos beach so much and the private access meant the beach was so much less busy than other beaches on the island. The villa was so clean and comfortable, perfect for our family - we didn’t want to leave. Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to help us.

Several ants appeared inside every day so pest control would help. We did not leave any food out on counters and kept the place tidy.

Everything. The view, pool and outdoor areas were gorgeous. The kitchen was very well equipped and the interior space very comfortable. A very clean and well maintained villa in a beautiful location. The property is at the top of a steep hill with magnificent views to the beautiful Ionian Sea. There is direct access to Agios Nikitas Beach. Our villa was very comfortable with a decent sized private pool. There is a cocktail bar and restaurant on the adjacent property. Our hosts communicated well from the outset and were very helpful and supportive during our stay. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal in our villa purchased from our hosts

This wasn’t a problem for us, but anyone staying here needs to know that there are a few steps to climb to get around. The villa is about 100m above the beach, with steps to get down. Also, there are steps to get from the car park to the villa. These are all fine unless you have mobility issues

Excellent views. Really well fitted inside for decoration etc. Very comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Small, but good balcony area with views over the beach. 2 very good bathrooms

The only downside was the stairs to reach the beach, but you cant have that kind of view without them and the walk is worth.

Very nice villa, equiped with everything you need, including dishwasher :) We booked it vor the sunset views and it did not disappoint, it never gets old. Right atop Milos beach which happens to be my favourite, well worth the aprox 300 steps to get there. It's not easy, but it's manageble. The beautiful town of Agios Nikitas is a short drive away, you can even walk to there, and it's full of nice places to eat. The hosts were nice they provided us with usefull information about the island. Thank you Nicole, Natasa and Nikola. I think it's the most beautiful place I ever stayed in and would come again.

Illumination at common room/ kitchen was a little low. An additional lamp would do for the desk.

Brillant location roughly 100m above Mylos Beach. Well designed Houses with pool and terraces. We stayed at the highest of three houses of which this and the lowest one grant most privacy. 10-15 minutes to walk downhill ist Agios Nikitas, with tavernas, shops and restaurants. The way back can be a little exhausting but should be no problem when in normal health cond.

The villa has all the necessaries facilities, the great location with great view. You can step down to Milos beach. Definately, I would go again to stay here!!!!

The pool had the scorched paint and the both hairdryers had problems and we informed the clean lady.

Located above Milos beach with a gorgeous view, private access to the beach which is unique on Lefkada's west coast. It is simply a magical view. Beds very comfortable, complete kitchen, private pool, and airco in the bedrooms. It was top in every way.
