Amazing stay on the beautiful Kini beach, which is the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Sunbeds are available for free for hotel guests, and the breakfast is amazing (most importantly the cheesecakes). The staff was very friendly and super helpful, I would recommend to anyone going to Syros!

Everything was perfect! Anna Maria, her family & her staff were all so kind, generous and helpful. The hotel is great, well-eqipped and extremely clean. It is right on the beach, which is also managed by the hotel, so you have everything you need within a reach. The breakfast was delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come again next year!!! If you come here, you will definitely have a wonderful time!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff does everything for you to have a pleasant stay. Free breakfast gives you a good start in the morning. They have beach towels and free comfortable sunbeds for their guests. You can order food/snack/drinks at the beach. Every surface is perfectly clean. We had a quite big terrace with sea side view where we could watch the sunset.The food options we had during the day was all good ...well...the pancake portions were too big ; ) Special thanks to Anna Maria and the girl in the food/bar area and the guy serving at the beach!

Such a beautiful location, lovely people running the accommodation and restaurant. Very helpful and kind. We felt very relaxed there. The breakfast was varied and delicious and we were given a sandwich to take on the ferry on our early check out. The location is perfect - a short walk to restaurants, the bus is right outside which goes all over the island. We loved it and want to come back. We had a wonderful massage arranged by reception.

A lovely little hotel right at the centre of Kini beach, with small but very clean and well appointed rooms. The hotel has its own beach-bar directly across the road with comfortable, cushioned sunbeds and large bamboo-cane umbrellas. The hotel restaurant has possibly the best food and drinks in the village. The whole experience is tied together by the young, friendly, discrete and well motivated staff, who truly seem to enjoy their work.

Wi-Fi was a little challenging but manageable.

Anna Maria and Aspa were the best - so helpful and just lovely to be around. The location couldn’t have been better, a few metres from a sandy beach and walkable to a good handful of restaurants and bars. The capital is a 15 minute bus ride or taxi away. The size of our front sea view room with good sized balcony.

You can get manly by ferry to the island and the connection between ferry and planes is not that good, in the sense that there are essentially 2 ferry’s per day and if you have the flight like me from Athens, you will most probably need to spend 1 night in Athens because there will be no flights leaving with enough time to get from port to airport. I am leaving in Germany and also wanted to arrive during day time, not at night.

The rooms were very nice and clean, with balcony and air conditioning. The beach was a lot closer and nicer than what I saw in the photos and even from the sea side view rooms you have a good view of the sea. The people were very nice and helpful, answered all my question even before I got there (as it was my first time in Greece I had a lot of questions and at all hours of the day and night). Very nice beach, good variety both for breakfast, as well as lunch - really good food at normal price. And you can get to port by bus or taxi. For those who like to explore, like me, Mykonos is really close :), so you can visit without paying the expensive prices of Mykonos. Also got a small gift at departure and a coffee for the road. Syros is also beautiful, with good restaurants and bars.
