Could not fault this family run venue - warm, helpful, nothing too much trouble. It was like being welcomed into someone's family home, as a friend.

The breakfast offering was spectacular - cold meats, cheese and fruit along with boiled eggs and beautiful bread selections. The hot selection had the most deliciously fresh fried eggs and the absolutely BEST bacon. And for "afters" a choice of sweets and fresh coffee. I love a good breakfast and this one delivered every day!!

It was like going home. Nothing was too much bother. Beach chairs, home cooking all added to the experience. The rooftop deck overlooking the sunset was magical. They went above and beyond and it was by far the best service we received on the Greek Islands. Even reunited me and our passports in no time upon departure.

It was very spacious light and airy with a nice large and very comfortable bed. Great sea view worth having. Just a stroll from the town amenities some very good restaurants and great bus service for €1+ to the main town and ferry port which is worth a visit too. Beach literally over the road. Staff in hotel could not do enough to help- wonderful!

Having to leave!

The Hotel is in a great location, very well presented, kept clean and tidy at all times. Breakfast was great with produce from the owner gardens and home made preserves. The Hotel has a very relaxed feel, with great views over the bay from the rooms, which are well appointed and kept very cleaned daily. Fee sun beds were provided for the beach in front of the Hotel which was great. But most of all the staff are lovely, so friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble especially Elpida on reception who was happy to help or organise anything you needed.

Comfortable and clean and breakfast was very good both in quality and variety. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and provided some useful local information on arrival, including a handy bus timetable. Location is excellent, with a beautiful view out to sea and within a few minutes of several restaurants and bars.

Absolutely nothing at all

This is possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in in a long life of travelling. My room was well designed, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with careful attention to detail. Every member of staff was friendly and professional. I especially appreciated the home made lemonade I received on arrival. I have been visiting Syros for 40 years and if you are looking for a beach holiday, Finikas is the place to stay ! Lots of excellent places to eat and very good public transport connections. The hotel had thought to include a bus timetable in my room and an electric kettle so I could make a much needed cup of tea. What a pleasure to stay in a hotel that really thinks about the comfort of its guests.

I couldn’t check in until 11pm, but the hotel had set up everything I needed when I finally got there 3hrs late. I then had to check out early at 7am before reception opened, and was worried because I hadn’t communicated this to the staff, but the wonderful Marie was there to arrange everything when I went downstairs. Marie also let me have some of the cake from the breakfast (which she made herself which was DELICIOUS). Brazzera Hotel has incredible hospitality, room was spacious, clean and perfect for a night, and breakfast looked great. Location only 10 min walk from port as well, and 15 min taxi from the main port Ermoupoli.

Location of hotel was on the beach front. We rented beach beds from the hotel to use on the beach across the road. The hosts were lovley. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Had a safe garage where we could park our motorbikes safely. Rooms with balconies are recommended, great views. Short walk to local bars, restuarants and shops.

Staff of hotel was lovely, they always asked if everything was ok for us. We were upgraded upon arrival to sea view room. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed, with nice balcony. Breakfast was amazing, very tasty. They took great care of us. Hotel is across the road of beach. Beach is sandy, easy to enter, from the hotel you can borrow sun lounge for €2/day.

Brazzera hotel is right on the beach of Foinikas and 50 metres from the bus stop, so really convenient for swimming every day at the beach but also exploring the rest of Syros island. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the bay which was stunning. Staff were very polite and helpful (leaving our bags before check in but also after check out and generally looking after us). Very happy with our time in Brazzera.

loved it’s proximity to the beach … directly across the road which meant you could swim multiple times a day . staff were excellent . Maria was so generous and gave us cake on our departure. thankyou for a delightful holiday .
