Just small touches needed. Bathroom needs sorting out. Although loads of hot water the shower attachment was held together with duct tape, shelf in bathroom was at 45 degrees!! Needs better kitchen utensils.

Perfect location. Lovely view to the beach and a beautiful walk into town for dinner. Pool was nice but grounds leave it looking untidy and unfinished. Room was fine,don’t expect luxury but a usual Greek apartment,sparce and functional. Beds were very firm, but I slep amazingly. Air con worked great.

There are a few bits that need a revamp; some wonky decking and loose electrics, but these didn’t effect our stay. A few more pots and pans may have encouraged us to eat in more often. But pondi or Vass town are both 10 min stroll away, so we didn’t.

The view is fantastic. We were expecting sea views from a distance, but calypso is 100m from the beach, with uninterrupted front views of vassilki bay. It has a nice pool, a beach bar, and the rooms are cleaned EVERY day! Full size fridge and kitchenette mean you can cater from home if you want to. We had a studio room, with 2 adults, 2 children and a baby. A cot was provided free of charge and one of the kids was on a put up bed. It was cosy but comfortable. The air con was heavenly during the heat wave. We drank cocktails on the balcony at night and sipped fresh coffee from the beach bar in the mornings and the kids were kept topped up with ice creams. Philip the owner is so friendly and helpful, we look forward to returning again soon. His communication both before and during the visit was amazing. Thanks Philip.

On our last night, the air conditioning didn’t work and there was no-one to ask about it, so the apartment was very hot and tricky to sleep. The pool bar was nice but was closed a lot of the time. Also we ran out of toilet roll twice and it was tricky to get this replaced quickly, as no-one there to ask straightaway!

The location was fantastic. We loved the pool and we were next to the beach and lots of tavernas and shops.

The unclean apartment. The pool was not as described. The parasols were all ripped. The pool was dirty and electric pumps hanging off the waters edge making this extremely dangerous.

The apartment was dirty and covered in mold. This was a major health hazard for any family staying in their ground family rooms. This affected our daughters asthma.

There was no warm water on the first day, and he said that we don't have to pay for the baby 10€ per night even tho it says it is free for children unless you ask for a bed or cot for the baby. Also there was some problem with the electricity. And also you are paying for how many people are staying not for the whole studio/apartment. I had reserved a studio for 2-4 for 5 nights for 520€ and when we arrived there we had to pay for the 4th person additional 20,€ per night

The owner was very nice, he didn't mind doing anything for us. He advised us what to see in the neighbourhood and told us about Greece and greek habits. The property is very clean and really close to the beach. We had little children with us so it was important for us not to cross the main road that goes through Vasuliki. And the pool was a success for the children.

As soon as we arrived, the owner told us that the the apartments were overbooked en took us to a different place in Vasiliki. We went to the most awful apartment we have ever seen. There was no real shower and the bed felt like a wooden cage and the place had a good smell of fresh funghi. It would be slightly better when the owner informs you in advance, being more transparant about what he offers en what you can expect. The place is very expensive, compared to the offered quality.

The location of the apartments you book is perfect! You walk straight into the sea!

If anything, for the self catering, an extra pan would be handy!

Philip, the owner, was very welcoming and always checked we were OK and if we needed anything. Any questions I had, whether it was car hire, Covid tests, taxis, he was always informative and very helpful. He even took us in his car as a personal taxi when we couldn't get a taxi! The location was great, a short walk along the beach to the restaurants in town. The accommodation had a lovely pool and the view from the balcony watching the windsurfers on the beach was fantastic.
