Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel staff were super helpful! From our arrival, they picked us up from our transport vehicle, helped us carry our luggages to our suites and ensured we were comfortable. Breakfast was so prompt at 9am daily, and the suites were kept super clean! The views were also to die for, and best of all - they even offered for us to use a hot tub at another suite since it was vacant for the night. Super nice gesture that we appreciated given we were on our honeymoon. Similarly for our check-out, they assisted with our baggages from the suite to the reception where we waited for our transport.

If I ever go back to Oia, I would definitely stay at Canvas Suites again. The rooms are super comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hot tub was amazing—warm water and very private, with an incredible view.

Hong KongIt is important to find the best location for your hotel in Oia because it determines the view and how many walking you need to do to get around. The suite is at a perfect location, best out of the three hotels that I stayed. The suite was huge with two toilets and two bedrooms. You can see some blue domes just at the balcony, the sunset and the entire open sea view. Dimitris was the most helpful staff in this Santorini trip because he provides his whatsapp and helps us arrange cruise, transport (at a lower price than tour companies) and answer all kind of questions when it was our first day.

United KingdomOnly thing I can think of is, stairs for the hot tub is bit slippery, specially when there are water. Not a big deal. But may be an area to improve
This is one of our best vacation as a family due to multiple reasons. Off course it's a beautiful place, food, culture etc. But one of the very important thing is the people. Dimitry (Host) is a great friendly human treated us soo well. He let us checkin early (around 10 AM ) and also he did some of the things beyond his working limits. Highly recommend this place and you will never disappointed with the experience you get.

CanadaLoved our suite. We had a warm welcome and was super excited the suite was ready earlier than expected. The suite itself was just as the pictures showed. Great location and even better views. Although still crowded in October, we were able to get the “famous “ photos right from the room. Excellent wifi, breakfast in morning was delivered on time and delicious. What a treat to eat from terrace. Car service was efficiently arranged by hotel. I highly recommend Canvas Suites

BrazilConsidering the hotel price, I expected a bit more comfort regarding the bedding, especially the pillows. Another thing that a did not appreciate so much, it was the pressure from the room service staff during check-out. We felt very uncomfortable.
I loved the location; the size of the room was great. The view from the room is amazing, right in the center of Oia. I was able to see the sunset from the room. Also the jacuzzi was perfect for us we enjoyed it . The manager Dimitris was very kind and attentive to all our requests.

The front desk manager Dimitris was very helpful and accommodating since the time we arrived. Both the location of our room and the view from our balcony were phenomenal. We stayed there in the middle of October; it wasn't too overcrowded. The breakfast was brought to us in take-out containers.

AustraliaOnly issue we had was the curtains didn't block out the blue light from the spa. Made sleeping a little difficult . Stairs are a little tough sometimes , although the porters are amazing how they carry the luggage up and down for you !!!!

United Arab Emirates1 water bottle during our stay, where we stayed for two days. No complimentary fruits or something similar at least. We asked for late check out if possible but the respond we got wasn’t friendly, even he did not try to help us to offer us to keep our luggages at the reception as our flight at 9pm, and when we reached reception area during our checking out we was shocked that there are plenty of people who dropped their bags and will collect them back at 1. We was ask to leave at 11am!!
