Toilets could be a little bigger but space is limited throughout santorini so not a negative, just something to keep in mind for larger people.

The staff here are what made the stay exceptional. We were a group with some young and then older people with reduced mobility (difficult in any greek island). Amar (the main person at reception) always went out of his way to help us out, whether with breakfast, recommendations or organising transfers. It really made the stay great for our group. The place has good communal areas and a great view.

Exceptional view, privacy, private jacuzzi in balcony with sea view was awesome. Vey friendly, supportive and informative staff, we got free upgrade to a suite room. Super clean rooms and bathrooms. Daily they provided us with 3 bottles of water. Great Breakfast served at room so that you get to enjoy it with the view. just 5 minutes walk to all restaurants and shopping area in Fira. very friendly and helpful porter provided by the hotel. Hotel helps in arranging taxi too. Just 10 mins to the airport. 10 mins to port. Overall highly recommended and would definitely come back again.

A huge private terrace (with heated jacuzzi) with and a stunning view. Arguably the best in Santorini. The suite was also amazing. A perfect place for a romantic vacation. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location - at central Fira 5-10 minutes from the Fira bus station. Very centrally located and stunning views from the rooms and cafe. No need to jostle with the crowds when you have the a great view to take in. Airport transfer and drop off available for a reasonable rate

The only criticism I can find is possibly the pillows need an upgrade but not really a big issue as everything else very comfortable

A magnificent property set on the caldera side of fira Santorini. The views are incredible from every room and every vantage point from the hotel grounds. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to assist with any enquiry. Thank you Sasa , Nickos , Amar , Daniella , Stella and all staff for making our stay truly memorable. I would recommend this hotel with no hesitation, it was fantastic. Breakfast was very good too with a great choice of fruit , bread , yoghurt and omelette very well presented and delicious. excellent location with drop dead gorgeous views of the caldera. staff is very friendly and apartment is cozy. loved everything about this place! they even upgraded us to a room with a hot tub.

Pool is shared and small. There was a power outage the day we arrived although this might have been an issue across the whole island.

We spent fantastic and unforgettable days here... Breakfast on the terrace, sunset from bed, private bubble bath, shared cave bath... and an unparalleled panorama from morning to evening. We didn't want to go to bed at night because we regretted the time we spend sleeping. Our suite was wonderful, clean and spacious, furnished with good taste. Our breakfast was varied and very tasty. We will be back!❤️

Only suggestion is better curtains for bedrooms as doors and windows did not block out lights that were on at night. Everything else was spot on.

Beautiful Hotel close but not too close to the heart of Fira. The view is spectacular. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and attentive. Personalised breakfast served each day to your room or balcony makes it the perfect place to stay.
