Asterias is an excellent place to stay in Leros. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The apartment overlooks the bay and provides unforgettable views. Rooms are cosy and spacious with great eye for design. Beds and sofa are very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the apartment had everything you might need for your holidays. We will be back! 😊

The window needs mosquito nets, we went in October and there were a lot of black flies. It might be a good idea to change the location marker on the map to the entrance gate at the top.

The rooms were clean and very tastefully furnished, the view was wonderful, Al was a friendly owner.

Wonderful location despite the many steps up from Panteli!! The views were lovely. If we were to return to Leros we would definitely stay here again.

Tricky steps up and down to the beach but hey it's the Greek islands so what do you expect! Just mentioning as rooms may not suit someone with mobility issues.

Everything! Fantastic large terrace, room was an excellent size and very comfortable, great location 3 mins from the beach. Al and Kitty were excellent to deal with and friendly without being overbearing. We had a nice cold beer and wine on arrival which was most welcome in the heat! We stupidly left our passports behind and Al arranged for them to be sent to us in Kos on the next available ferry - life saver as we were due to fly home the next day! Really enjoyed our stay in Asterias, Panteli, our only regret was not spending more time on Leros as it was our favourite island and accommodation for the entire trip.

The steps from the road to the accommodation and to the beach.Not a problem for us but could be a problem if one has mobility issues.

The beach is 2 min walk but you need to climb up/down 75 stairs.

Everything. Alex and his wife run a great business. We have stayed in room number 6 which has everything you need. Very spacious room with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

everything was better than we expected

We love this apartment,decorated in a boho style with lot of greek details,and a lovely balcony with a magnificent view.We were there the day of the foolmoon of August and it was just magic.Al or Alekos an englishman in Panteli was very kind.We want to thank him for the hospitality.

The staff were indeed very helpful helping out regarding boat itineraries and other questions, ordering taxi and assisting again when they failed to arrive. Furthermore they kept luggage after check out and offered us to use the reception shower before our final departure. A very most generous couple is the staff.

A few steps to get to the property but didn't spoil our enjoyment.

Wonderful views, comfortable bed, a lot of space, but most of all, the very lovely hosts ,Al and Kitty, who gave us lots of useful advice to make our stay more enjoyable. Restaurants and a shop nearby. A short walk to the beach.

Maybe out mattress could of been a bit more supportive and wine glasses would of been nice, otherwise it was brilliant

I think I found my little piece of paradise at Panteli Beach and Asterias looked over it. The view from our terrace was amazing, the tips to restaurants from our hosts were great, and they were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was huge.
