The property was very clean upon arrival and it is also cleaned daily. The hosts Manolis is extremely accommodating. They will answer every question you may have and they check in with you every time you pass by the front. They made recommendations for restaurants, transportation to the Fira and Oia etc. I was also given medicine and ice for my injuries/brief cold.

Absolutely nothing!

We had the most amazing holiday at Dragonfly Villas, and it was because of the staff, Manolis is absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond to help us and look after us. He literally learnt how to make mocha’s and homemade pancakes just because we mentioned that we liked them! He made bookings for us and always gave us advice on the best restaurants bars and areas, this beautiful hotel is family run and you can tell the business is really important to them. On top of this the rooms are immaculately clean, and modern which is hard to find in Santorini, we had the pool to ourselves most days and the location also is perfect within a short walk to the beach and countless restaurants in Kamari, the main town of Fira is also only a short taxi ride away and the hotel staff help you book taxis that don’t overcharge you! I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Santorini you will not find better service anywhere else, really made our holiday perfect Thank you Manolis & the team

Our apartment and the common places were super clean. The room was modern, but also it represented the style of Santorini. Our hosts were very nice people, they’ve created a family like atmosphere. They helped us all the time if we had questions. Also, the breakfast was superb, it worths to try!! :)

OUTSTANDING I had an absolutely amazing experience at Dragon Fly. I am truly grateful to have been in such good hands with the hotel owners, Manolis and his brother. They were the most welcoming hosts I've ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, they guided me every step of the way, providing recommendations for great places to visit on the island and assisting with bookings and reservations. Their hospitality was beyond compare. They treated us to wines from their father's farm and homemade cakes from their mothers ´. It was an incredibly warm and genuine gesture. I must also recommend their fantastic breakfast, which was not only delicious but also generously portioned. Speaking of the rooms, the hotel was impeccably clean, thanks to their wonderful cleaner. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the tranquil pool facility added to the overall experience. Their guidance and assistance were always accompanied by honesty, clarity, and kindness. Staying at Dragon Fly was a blessing we were lucky to find. I can confidently say that there is no other place I'd rather stay if I were to travel to Santorini again. Even when we had to relocate to Oia and change our hotel, Manolis and his brother continued to offer their support, recommending and booking places for us. Their true kindness made our trip unforgettable.

We loved everything about our stay T Dragonfly Villas. This is what real customer service and hospitality should be like. I really felt like I was a guest! Every little detail has been taken care of. The location was fabulous, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was really spacious with super comfy beds and soundproof too which is a huge plus. We will definitely be back soon ❤️

We only loved things about Dragonfly Villas

The hosts went over and above for service, they were friendly, welcoming, attentive and extremely helpful in suggestions for visiting places. Their attention to detail in everything and customer service exceeded our expectations. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, well equipped and a well thought out layout. The responses to our questions prior to arrival were responded to very quickly, they arranged a taxi from the airport for us and made us feel 'at home' as soon as we arrived. We will definitely recommend Dragonfly Villas to friends and family and would love to stay again. Perfect location for proximity to beach, shops, restaurants, bus stop and pharmacy. Everything is within walking distance. The views from the villa are also stunning, Thank you.

Me and my fiancé recently had the pleasure of staying at Dragonfly Villas and honestly the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we have arrived, we were greeted by a warm welcome from Manolis. His and Bill’s helpfulness throughout our stay was truly exceptional. They were always available to answer any questions and provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and dining options The rooms were absolutely delightful, bright and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped as well so you can easily prepare all your favorite dishes. But if you don’t fancy cooking for yourself I really recommend booking the room with breakfast that you can either enjoy on your balcony or next to the swimming pool. The portion is very big so it will easily fill you up until lunch. Also it looks just as good as it tastes. In summary, I cannot speak highly enough of our experience at this hotel. From the helpful and attentive hosts to the exceptional standard of the rooms. Absolutely everything about our stay was superb.

Let's start by praising the place. Beautiful room, tastefully decorated and very clean. An amazingly beautiful pool, fun and pleasant. We will end with the amazing and kind hosts who, without asking, "jumped" happily to give us everything we wanted. When we asked for guidance, they explained to us until we understood. They spoiled us so much. A level of service that we have not seen anywhere, service from the heart. It is highly recommended!

Dragonfly Villas was the last stop on our trip to Greece before heading home and the staff were easily the most helpful, kind and accommodating staff on our entire trip. They have wonderful recommendations on where to eat, what to see, what to do, etc. They even let us check out very late on Friday because we had a flight late that night which was so helpful because we were able to go to the beach and come back and still have a shower, etc. And on our last night, they left wine in our fridge for us to try! I can’t say enough about the staff - they were so wonderful and friendly! The hotel is in a wonderful location, walkable to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants along it. The hotel provides you with beach towels that are large and cushy so they are perfect for the rocky beach. The room itself was incredibly clean, modern and had all of the conveniences - AC, closet/shelf space, kitchenette area, etc. We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely stay at Dragonfly Villas if we return to Santorini - I felt so lucky we found this place!

The staff are extremely enthusiastic to ensure your stay is great so you can ask questions every time you arrive and leave. there wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, it is situated slightly back from the main beach road so if you’re looking for a ‘beachfront’ place to stay, this wouldn’t suit

the whole place was spotlessly clean and the facilities were modern and comfortable. Dragonfly has everything you would need for either a short trip to Kamari or a longer stay. the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful with any queries but also with good tips for what to see and do on the island. breakfast was exceptional.

The front desk was very helpful, as our flight was at night, and after checking we were given an extended stay until two hours before departure, and booked us a spacious car to the airport. We received greetings and attention from them every day we went out, and on the day of our stay, they will show you a map of Santorini, explaining the transportation and various attractions of the island. And will also tell you which bank has a better exchange rate (I still have these maps and bus tables) We were offered towels when we had to go to the beach. The room was very clean and the pool in the hotel was clean and clear. You can hear the planes flying over where you are staying, other than that the soundproofing is great, really like this hotel and his staff. I would call it my favorite hotel.
