Can be more stuff in the kitchen for cooking, but for us no problem we eat in the restaurants arround.

Nice garden and view on the garden, and nice owner who helps you with all the questions and dont forget the house cat :)

The toilet brush and the bathroom curtain need to be replaced because they are very old and dirty. It is noisy due to the busy road. Bring earplugs.

A very friendly host. Close to the beach - just 3-5 minutes walking. Very convenient parking - probably the most spacious one I've seen in Greece. A big terrace with a small table and chairs - very pleasant for an evening snack.

Dimitris is very sunny and nice host, we got a compliment Greek coffee in the mornings. The place is a bit old, but clean, the room was not very big but it was ok for 2 people. The balcony was also a corridor at the same time. There were enough parking spots. And you need only 15 minutes walk to the Asprovalta city center with all the restaurants, coffee and souvenirs shops.

Everything is old and could be better. We expected that, so no problems for us. The room is small. The toilet needed flushing several times. Room was never cleaned and nothing was changed for 7 dyas. We kind of expected this also.

It was perfect for our needs. We were at a festival and we needed a place to rest, have shower, fridge, AC, and good Internet. It was close to the festival, so this is all that mattered. There was always hot water. There were mosquito nets everywhere. The garden is beautiful. We found a shady place for the car.

The house wasn't really modern and it was a little tiny for four people. It was near to the road we heard all the cars go by.

It takes about half an hour on foot to get to the center of Asprovalta, which is perhaps the only drawback.

I don't remember ever vacationing in a place where I got the best value for money. A really realistic price and for those who want to enjoy the sea for a minimum of money, and with maximum enjoyment, this is truly the warmest recommendation! The host is friendly, the garden of the accommodation is beautiful, there are enough parking spaces, it is clean and away from the noise of the city, which can be an advantage for some. Also, it is close to the beaches, which are never crowded, and which are beautiful!

I had one unpleasant situation. I think it was not on purpose but I didn't feel comfortable. I will say just one thing....if you paying in front always ask for receipt like evidence that you have paid.

It's ok for the price. I have booked for just one night in the middle of the season and definitely worth it. Nice garden.

Kitchen equipment is old and need some renovations and new things in the kitchen.

Beautiful garden with a lot of trees and flowers, and very hospitality owner. Best conditions for the price.

The twin bad was really small. It was hard to sleep. The kitchen cubboard and the other equipments were old.

We reached the hotel in the middle of the night and had no trouble for check-in. The room and the bathroom facilities were clean enough. Fair price if you compare with other hotels near Asprovalta. If you're looking for 1 night stay, this may be your place.

Well, the room was really small. So small, that I didn't have where to put my things and I had to put them on the kitchen oven... We never used the kitchen to cook anything, there was simply no space, and besides, the oven was on gas. The kitchen sink and taps had problems. And we were on the third floor and the stairway was very steep, somehow. When you get to the 3th floor, you already have no breath... And then, when you enter the room, it is HOT - always hot, terribly hot! I didn't expect much about this place, but it was a total disappointment.

It's hard to tell that we liked the room. The bathroom was OK. The Internet was there, almost good. The garden of the property is nice. What we actually enjoyed were the walks in Asprovalta and biking.

It was ok.... just for sleep. It was decent and clean, we traveled all day so we just slept and it was ok with the windows closed. You have wifi, tv, refrigerator, bed and hot water. We barely found a place to stay so... it was cheap and we had a roof over our head.

It was a bit far away from Asprovalta bars and pubs (like 10min walk) but it was a very pleasant walk by the sea so not that bad at all :)

As a whole we are pretty happy The host was very nice, he also speaks English. We were in something like a small house in the garden and it was amazing, very comfortable, pretty quiet etc. I can definitely recommend.

Dirty, dated, disgusting. 1 star sadly is 1 too many. Booked for 4 nights left after 1, the only plus was that the owner did do me a partial refund.
