We stayed in a junior suite. It’s smaller in real life. The kitchen lacked pots, pans and there is no dishwasher or dish rack. The bathroom and shower is tiny, no door on shower, European style bathroom. They could have better signage as the old ones are small and faded.

Location, Akortiri in my opinion is the best area to stay, amazing views from the suite. It’s a traditional village surrounded by resorts, close to Red Beach. Great breakfast included! Really friendly staff! It has a small boutique feel to it. It’s very hilly in the area, hence the views. Wifi very good.

It was still early in the season and we were one of the first to stay so some of the other villas we still in renovations. no issues at all.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The made to oder breakfast was delivered to your villa and was awesome. They trimmed some trees to ensure we got a better view of the caldera. Did I mention the view.

Nothing at all, everything was way better than we expected!

Absolutely everything, it's a caved theme room, stunning view and within driving distance of many amenities/shops. The pool is heated and amazing (in the honeymoon room) , although if you're travelling in October, definitely account for the cold wind even in the afternoon! Take a woolly hat with you and then you'll be fine to sit in the pool all day long 😊 The breakfast is amazing, it is delivered to your room at your chosen time, the lovely couple who serve breakfast are extremely polite and friendly. Saving the best for last, the service from the receptionist Maria, was second to none, absolutely fantastic and felt us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place to anybody at all. P.S We had a 11 month old baby with us, he enjoyed himself although we had to be very careful with him as the room was practically stone, Maria was very kind to arrange a cot bed for us too. Just something to consider.

we like the privacy of the rooms. you would have your own private pool. the location of the villa is perfect for us as well. it is in Akrotiri. if you dont like the party scene and tons of tourists then this is the place for you. if you want to travel to Fira, it is around 2 euro if you take the bus. you have the option for the taxi as well which is 35 euro. Maria and the rest of the staff are lovely as well. you can ask them to for a scheduled cleaning of your room and breakfast is served in your room.

For us the only issue was the bed sizes for adults. Large bedroom expandable berth and smaller bedroom double bed was not fitting for an adult person with 1,80 m height. The showers could have been bigger, perhaps with a curtain to prevent water splashing out.

Fantastic location with excellent view. Private hot tub was luxurious and even bigger than on the pictures. Breakfast was really delicious and plenty. Very nice building both indoors and outdoors.

everything! the pictures in the photos go not do it justice it is simply breathtaking. The plunge pool is perfect! Breakfast is included and it is varied, generous & delicious. Maria was a fantastic host & nothing was too much trouble - she helped us with transfers, restaurant recommendations & travel tips - with the Caldera Blue sailing cruise on of the best things we have ever done.

The entrance is down a very steep hill. I managed it with my trekking poles but anyone with mobility issues should not stay here.
