Property was basic but that’s all we needed, my bed was broken underneath and cardboard was placed above the broken slats and mattress was very worn, bed was uncomfortable, we did have free air conditioning but the unit was dirty so when we put it on dirt and dust came out affecting my eyes, me being a contact lens user and my daughter having asthma wasn’t good so choose not to use it.

Property was really centrally located to everything, shops, bars, restaurants, swimming pools, bus stops and taxi rank. Room was cleaned every day, with clean towels, think sheets were changed every other day. Self check in and out and was able to keep the room on all day as we had a late flight going home for an extra 20 euros.

The room was hostel like. 3 single beds in our room instead of a double. A/C did not work. Very basic room.

7 mins from the airport. Very close to shops and cafe's and taxi rank. Self check in was ideal as we arrived in the middle of the night

Excellent location, housekeeper is lovely and very friendly. Owner was really helpful with a few issues I had had and sorted them in no time. Would recommend to anyone to stay here!

The bathroom curtain was small, the beds weren't really comfortable.

The hotel is a price-performance hotel in Kos Island, the rooms are big enough, there is a balcony. Kosmas is really kind and helpful, he gave us good recommendations.

The location is perfect because it is near yo the center and to the shops and also to the harbor and beach.

A little bit old and simple. If you don't want luxury, you will be happy .

The owner, Cosmas, is a wonderful guy. Thank him a lot. He is very helpful and honest. Guided us to discover the beauties of Kardamena and Kos. Location of the hotel is good. It is a cost/performance hotel.

Air conditioning in suite 21 is only in the room with the double bed. Single beds in suite 21 have noisy springs. Whole property needs renovation.

A short walk from the boat terminal. Grocery store across the street. Friendly sign indicating where our rooms were. Beautiful vintage soap. Quiet.

Room, what looks like on the site, room wa very. run down. Bathroom needs updating and kitchen area. Otherwise staff were friendly.

Midnight arrival,No room allocation notice on the board with a 7yr old wasn't helpful & rude neighbours in the accommodation on the first night not accepting that people arrive late&need help. Not shouting at. Although clean&comfortable,apartment could do with update &has no safe(Maria&family have them in the left corner tour/travel shop €5 week) missing handles on drawers,fridge etc,everything just needs refreshing. Got 2nd floor not 1st as Mum has some difficulties walking. Luckily granddaughter is sensible too. Not our usual accommodation but we got on with it as it's a base&clean too.This was definitely not a negative visit &no offense intended to the owners

Clean,aircon&room tax Included &Very close to the square,harbour &beach,shops on the main road within minutes. Room quieter than expected even with bike hire next door.Tour/ travel shop on the left corner do safes €5 wkly,Maria helpful& very friendly too. Stamatia did Bed/towel change every 3days for our 10days& loo roll as needed. Bins every day except Sunday. Was a pleasant holiday stay

It was difficult to see where to gain access to the property, could do with a sign outside so you can see where to go into the reception area. Kitchen is a bit tired and not much crockery, for example only one drinking glass in the room.

Good location, Good value for money. Cleaner very friendly. Check in/out very easy once we found our way in. Room and balcony were a generous size.

The shower didn't work and therefore we had to "shower" under the tub. There electricity cut down during the night and was off in the morning. It was very inconvenient since we couldn't make breakfast and charge our phones before our journey back home to Finland. Later i found out from the host, there was a general electrcity cut down.

There is no king size bed, but 2 beds placed next to each other which was not so comfortable.

Very clean, and there is cleaning everyday which was great. The kitchen facilities were clean and in good condition. 5 min walking distance to the center.

There are no enough electrical sockets, it was a problem to switch a stove and boil water at the same time. The host should get a triple socket like we did and solved the problem for future.

The shower head wasn’t connected to the wall so it was difficult to shower while holding the head.

Location is on the Main Street with a few minute walk to the main square. Great value!
