The hotel is in one of the most unsafe districts in Athens, omonia, every time, when I pass by the streets around, I feel unsafe because of the homeless and addicted people who are in these Street

In general, I liked everything in the hotel, food, stuff, my room, the roof has a good view, etc.

TV has no English channel. There is no sitting area or chair to sit and relax or space to drop the suitcase. The office chair in the room was uncomfortable for 3 hours of working. The room was bare, just below a 4/3-star rated hotel, perhaps because it is in the city centre.

The breakfast was very good. The room size was good, and the bathroom was also very good. The location was perfect, and I was able to walk around the neighbourhood, and the distance to the train station a just a stone's throw. It is a really good location.

I did not like the area of the hotel. It is full of drog peoaple and thiefes (they have stolled our pocket) after this our travel was compromise due to the fact that we went to police and ambasade.

The hotel was ok if you plan to stay all day out sightseeing athens and just return to bath and sleep. They offer a meal for good price in lobby and breakfast is included. For me, it was ok.

Something you can't change, which was the location. There were numerous homeless in the immediate vicinity, some of them clearly under the effects of drugs or alcohol

The neighbourhood. Homeless persons were staying nearby the hotel.

The room was perfect, even if it had no balcony ( a room for three persons). Clean and the bathroom with all necessary in.

The area around the hotel has a few homeless people. But it's safe to walk to and from the hotel at any time of day or night. The matress was very stiff.

very small room, uncomfortable shower cubicle with insufficient protection against splashes in the bathroom, extremely poor lighting in the room above the bed which makes it impossible to read normally, disturbing noise in front of the elevator made by guests and none of the staff stops it, noise from the street under the window during the night made by homeless people and drug addicts

Location of the hotel was not good as drug addicts live and stay outside of hotels. However if you want to save money, take a taxi via UBER app and save over $100 on other luxurious hotels per day.

The location was not nice. The neighbourhood is full of homeless people and it makes you feel unsafe. We didn't want to go out after 6pm. We understand of course that is not the hotel's fault.

The buffet was very good and the food was nice! The staff was amazing and very helpful. The view for the rooftop restaurant was excellent.

- Breakfast was NOT good. Alle seven days of the week they serve the same few choices that are not tasty. On the third day it became super hard to swallow anything from the breakfast buffet. Not suitable for vegetarians. - Really hard bed (painfully hard) - No hairdryer - No hair conditioner - Hard to keep bathroom floor dry after the shower - Strong noise from the street - Noisy refrigerator (had to unplug it to be able to fall asleep) - A lot of homeless addicts on the streets in the neighborhood
