It's unbelievable that no SPA was available

Beach is amazing make it by small coves and bays. The room is super spacious and incredibly comfortable. there is some room for improvement on the breakfast service, specially for such hotel level.

A bit dated. Very bad rain which led to floods in the bathroom. Restaurants very very expensive.

Our bungalow view was obstructed by a huge bush which didn’t look like it had been trimmed or taken care of in months. The grass area was very dry and we couldn’t stay in the garden at all due to it being all over grown. We requested to have an iron sent to our room and were told they couldn’t due to health and safety reasons. In the end, we had to pay €50 to iron some items which is extortionate. We’re used to 5 star hotels and have literally never encountered this. We went to the beach by the reception to see a different side of the resort and ordered 2 fresh juices. They served us the juices in plastic cups and charged us for the cups despite not notifying us. The amount itself wasn’t a lot but we thought this was really odd for a drink we didn’t take away.

The breakfast was really good but would be good to get some fresh Greek yoghurt. The opportunity to see the sunset right from the beach was nice (we stayed in the bungalow). Staff are very friendly and quite attentive.

Kids-Club - closed Monday.... WHY? We pay for Monday too... Prices of hotel-reasurants - too high. After short test - ee went to eat out of the hotel. Neer by there are a lot of Greece reasturants... Order UBER, or request reception to call a taxi... its 5-10 Euro for the 4-6 minutes close res. and 10-20 Euro for the 15 minutes driving... Prices of other services (beach food / drinks) are very high...

Great breakfast. A lot of wonderful breads and omlets..... Good and free espresso and all other kind of coffee... Great pool. Empty most of the day...

Grand Beach was lovely. Bit disorganized with the plazza bed reservations as we had to move a few times. But nothing to complain about too much. Don't need a bed reservation for other locations so I will know for next time. Pillows weren't great very flat. Only 2 per bed

Beach bungalow location was great. Peaceful. Right on the beach. Club cart service was very good taking you around the resort. Room service food exceptional as was all the restaurants we went to. Breakfast was very good with lots of high quality options. Reception staff were warm and friendly. Cart drivers great guys and friendly Kohylia restaurant was amazing- staff friendly food exceptional and warm ambience. Ouzeri - our waitress was great. A little bit of a stuffy atmosphere but pleasant. Very formal at times and some staff aloof.

Asked for a baby crib. Confirmed the day before. Arrived at 9 pm. Crib wasn’t there. Had to wait for people to come and out it together. No soap either- had to ask for it.

Good Service,very prompt and pleasant.Friendly staff, very professional.Alot of dining options.Close car ride to temple of Poseidon.Good place to decompress after a long plane trip.Nice views of the sea.

Well, the devil is in the details. The stairways outside our bungalow were not kept clean, and the grass area in front of the two bungalows was dead, like straw. Some kind of artificial turf would’ve been better. Finally, the bathrooms could use some work. The cold water was consistently warm to hot. There was also an odor in the bathroom that we never could get rid of. Sometimes it was bad.

Beach was excellent, and the food in all the facilities was very good. One restaurant, the Ouzeri, was a standout. The staff throughout was excellent.

The location is excellent…I highly recommend the bungalows since you will have your own private beach…it’s really clean and nice beach very exclusive.

Poor maintenance in the rooms, jacuzzi not working and the mini bar seemed uncleaned. We had higher expectations that the hotel couldn’t meet! The bathroom was very nice to see but with a really old sauna.

Location and stuff , the restaurant had a really nice beach view and the pool was really quiet and cozy.

We stayed at the beach front bungalows which were very nice, however the beach in front and the sunbeds were not taken good care of

Staff was very polite, always with a smile and very kind. Captain house restaurant was exceptional.
