Directions a little bit misguiding on Google maps unbelievable hike uphill with luggage but once you knew where you were going it was quite a pleasant walk

There weren't sunscreens on the windows, so from 6 a.m. the room was full of light and I couldn't sleep well. No shower gel or shampoo complimentary, only soap dispenser and toilet paper, nothing else

The AC did not work at all - no sounds of it even working, so be prepared to be very hot in the room.. the windows would cool it down a bit, but then you deal with the noise of other guests (which was really not bad, but still expected and paid for AC. WhatsApp’s reception to get help for this and was never responded to). The bathroom is pretty bad. It is a very tight fit and is constantly damp because of lack of airflow. Because of these two things the stay was a bit uncomfortable. This place definitely has potential but needs a bit of an update.

The pool was the highlight, good size, nice and clean and rarely used by many people (we were the only ones 3/4 times we used it). Hotel let us leave luggage prior to check in and after check out. Wifi was good. Good location, only about a 12-15 min walk into Fira where the busses can be caught and where we spent most our time. Across from a small convenience store which was helpful.

Some of the objects in our room were broken (the toilet seat, the toilet paper holder and one of the beds was a beat creaky). Also the water in the shower changed it’s temperature every 2 minutes from hot to cold water, and it had a pretty bad taste. Last thing was that we ordered a room with a sea view, It indeed was on the balcony but with no view. We didn’t ask to change it so idk if they would’ve give us another room.

The hotel’s pool and balcony was gorgeous and we really enjoyed it. The location was also great, 8 minutes from the central place and 15 minutes from the bus central station. Over all it was a good hotel for the price we paid. We would choose this hotel again if we will be back to Santorini. The service was pretty good. It is a good hotel for people how’s not looking for a fancy place, just for a room to sleep.

Air conditioner did not work that great, very low output. Wifi was weak. Beds were springy and not very comfortable.

I booked a room with a hot tub but it wasn’t working when I arrived. The bed was really uncomfortable as one of the legs/supports had broken, but it was more like a camp bed.

Nice view of the eastern side of the island. This property is about a 15 minute walk from Thira bus station - uphill, so if you have really heavy bags I suggest you take a taxi. It is quiet as it’s outside the main town. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. They offer island tours at very good prices (compared to Airbnb experiences). Also organised my early morning taxi to the port. Pretty basic room with private bathroom.
