Nothing really!

The Villa was perfect for us two, a perfect sized private pool with a beautiful view! Easy to get to beaches / food etc. We hired a car and the villa was easy to find. The Villa was equipped with everything you need for our stay. We had a lovely welcome package waiting for us when we arrived. Staff were lovely and cleaners came regularly to change towels / bedding through out our stay. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We had a problem with ants at the property which we mentioned to the cleaners but apart from using one lot of spray nothing further was done. It was down to us to sort out the problem. We knew the area but for anyone that didn't a little more information on places to visit would have been useful. Also instructions on how to use the washing machine - I had to Google it!

The villa was lovely, very peaceful and quiet. Nice welcome pack on arrival.

The villa is spacious, clean, and like a dream. I'm booking to come back next year it went far too quick! So cool, beautifully decorated, everything about it is perfect. The garden and pool area is everything and more. The welcome gift as well was much appreciated. The extra laye check out was so kind. I cant recommend this little piece of heaven enough. You do need a car to get about. There is a mini supermarket 10 mins walk away. We can't wait to return. Perfection.

Bed was comfortable but was very squeaky 😉. Bit nervy driving the hire car in and out of the property due to the hills and blind corners.

Clean, newly furnished with simple details. Everything you needed for a week was there. Pool was exceptional.

Only complaint is that the pillows were a bit hard for us.

We've just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks staying in Villa Xteni, which was very comfortable, very spacious and super relaxing. The views from the villa are wonderful, it was very quiet location but close enough to be able to walk to the local shop and restaurants. The host Lila was very responsive to all my questions.

We absolutely loved our villa, we stayed in Porfyra and it was honestly amazing. Communication was excellent from the very beginning, and the team was a whats app text away to help with any issues. The location is perfect if you’re looking for privacy and you like exploring the island. I would say a car would be beneficial but there are buses around the island and taxis as well. A taxi to the airport costs €40. There is also a shop very close to the villas, 10 minute walk and has everything you could need. The only problem we had is that we didn’t want to leave! Can’t fault anything

Lovely villa, loads of space, clean, modern yet traditional. Outside space is lively with amazing views and a lively clean pool. All maintained well through the week with regular pool cleans and gardening. In a really quiet location - perfect for me - but just be aware that you either need a car, or be prepared to walk… the hills and the heat! I absolutely loved it, will be back for sure

The only thing I can say that I did not like was having to leave at the end of our stay! :( I really cannot find anything I did not like.

Location was perfect. It was private and tranquil. The villa flowed so well and was more than adequately fitted for our needs. I like the little touches of some welcome drinks and foods to start us off and having some washing machine and dish washer capsules was really welcome and saved on us having to purchase any for our whole stay. We had plenty of fresh towels which were replaced twice during our stay along with crisp clean bed linens. The cleaning ladies were so friendly and helpful. The pool and grounds were immaculate. I cannot find fault with Ideales resort. Communication with them is excellent.

Need somewhere to take rubbish and recycling that is on site. Would benefit from more essentials in welcome pack such as a few dishwasher tablets and cloths, bin bags . However, these are minor issues and in general the villa was a little bit of paradise. We were sorry to only be staying a week.

Location overlooking Zakynthos and amongst fragrant olive groves was exceptional. Villa was clean, spacious and felt very comfortable and special. Pool was a good size and cleaned daily. Welcome pack was a nice touch.Great air conditioning.

The wifi connection could have been better for the villa and pool area. We only had one sheet as a cover on the beds, which wasn't enough when using the air con - a small blanket would have been good. The bathrooms could also have brighter lighting, as there are no windows with natural light. It would have been good to have some BBQ supplies available.

It was a very peaceful and tranquil location. We loved the pool area and view over the sea. The villa was spacious and clean. The pool and garden area were well maintained and the sheets / towels changed mid week. We really liked the welcome gifts and personal note left for us in the kitchen when we arrived.

The only criticism was around disposing of rubbish - no bins near the villa that we could find. and it really needs proper umbrellas for the pool area. we were there late July & simply couldn’t really relax on the sun beds. there were 2 flimsy parasols in a cupboard in the kitchen but no bases rendering them useless.

the villa (Nautilos) was spotlessly clean on arrival. it’s very spacious inside with more than enough room for 3 couples. kitchen facilities are good and the beds are comfortable. I honestly don’t think the photos do this place justice - it’s really beautiful with views to die for.

Wine glasses !! There were none. Loads of crockery, cutlery and small glasses but no wine glasses. They leave the keys in the villa door. Once you've booked they confirm which Villa is yours. Unfortunately another family who hadn't checked their paperwork let themselves into our Villa earlier in the day. It was resolved quickly and we moved them along :-)

I agree with other reviewers that the beds were not comfortable . We stayed in many places in Kefalonia and the beds here were by far the hardest . The information in the villa regarding housekeeping was in consistence saying cleaners visited once and also twice a week. We stayed for 5 nights and would have appreciated having the rubbish bins and recycling removed and perhaps a towel change . There were no bins directly outside the property and this would have meant taking rubbish in the hire car . There were no additional rubbish bags provided . I called to request that the cleaners call to empty the bins but this did not happen . I did receive an apology but I think it’s worth making sure when to expect the cleaning service .

The villa had a lovely outside area around the good sized pool with comfortable sun loungers . The gardens surrounding the villa were very pretty and well maintained . It was very private and not overlooked . The kitchen was very well equipped . Beautiful views from the upstairs balcony over the countryside and the sea in the distance . It was a very peaceful , relaxing environment. We also liked that it was eco - friendly .
