Good location, city beach is 800m away, less then 10min of walking. Good starting point, near town Lefkas and all the amazing beaches on west coast. Maria (host) is very communicative. Nice parking for cars, nice garden for hanging out.

On the first day we were greeted by the trash can full of former tourists. I thought he forgot, but the cleaning lady is on vacation, because for 7 days he did not empty the trash can with toilet paper. The very thin walls, you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. we had to write to the host at 2 o'clock at night to make a quiet program. There are no mosquito nets, especially in the bathroom, the whole time it was full of bugs on the mirror shelf and in the sink. The guesthouse has several rooms (apartments) of which 2 do not have clothes dryers, of course one was ours. I had a broken wire with clothespins on it.

Spacious location, close to the capital, but very small streets difficult to drive by car. The balcony had nice furniture with 2 armchairs, even though the room was for 3 people. The balcony was equipped with a mop and broom. Equipped with air conditioning, iron, hair dryer, little equipped kitchenette, coffee or tea maker was missing

The apartment is in a great location close to the town and close to the road to most beautiful beaches on the west side of Lefkada. The apartment was cleaned every day. From the terace you can see beautiful sunset.

The studio was almost 3km from the centre of town. We didn't have a car, so we needed a taxi to and from the studio with our suitcases.

Furniture is kind of old, mosquitoes nets are not installed (electric liquid device was available), little refresh/renovation of the room would be encouraged

Good place in good quite location, near to the town, shops, close to the beach if you’re kiteboarding . Rooms was clean and well equipped, a/c is present and working. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Green yard with tables and umbrellas. Some of the rooms has a terrace in the back. Guest is receptive for tourists needs. Pets are allowed (big plus for us)

Decent and clean accommodation. Nice balcony, overlooking a green hill and the yard. Good shower. Parking space available. At walking distance from the beach, some tavernas and bars. Even if it's hot during the day, it cools off during the night.

We where on the top floor, which is very hot, and widow opennings are without mosquito net, so room is full of insects if you don't like to sleep with A/C turned on.

Location is nice, and surounding of the apartment. It has large yard for pleasent evening, and good private parking.

Poor cleaning during 8 days of staying there ( only once they came to change the towels and clean the room). Being a big villa there was a lot of noise coming from neighbors until late in nights and we couldn't get the necessary rest.

Location is great and so is the host. Very close to city center and city beach. Spatious apartment, kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Very clean. Has large shared terrase but still has a lot of privacy in the back of apartment, BBQ and garden set infront of house and good parking for all the cars. There is also a cute hungry cat awaiting!

You need a car due to local taxi drivers picking and choosing their routes. Kitchenette needs cooking utensils.

The studio was clean and comfortable. I had to leave early and could not get a taxi. The owner very kindly came over and drive me to the bus station. Beautiful location. I was told a mini market was 5 minutes away. I am a car yes. If you are walking be prepared for a 30 minute walk each way. This was ok for me.

The villa is close to the capital and close to the beach, the position is excellent as a starting point for touring all the beaches along the west coast of Lefkada. The rooms are clean and regularly maintained. The sleeping area is quiet and peaceful, the parking lot is private and nicely lit.
