Apartments are located above the main road around the island which makes it quite load at night. Entrance road to the apartment is pretty steep so you hvae to have good driving skills to fit into the parking.

The view from the top floor was just incredible, sunrise was spectacular - wow. Water was provided for the duration of stay and because we stayed a week we were given wine and beer, which was a nice surprise. Convenient for bus, between stops 8-9. The room and bathroom look much better than in the photos and it was excellent value for money. Staff were SO friendly, I would 100% stay here again!

The apartment building itself is too close to the island's most busiest road where people use their rented quads, own Harley Davidsons etc., so it was quite noisy until around 1am every night.

The host was super nice and cute. The apartment was big enough, well designed, all the equipment was fully functioning, clean, the shower was perfect and the balcony was simply amazing width wide sea view.

We stayed at the start of September 2023 and were looked after by Katerina during storm Daniel. She could not have looked after us any better. We were under curfew for a couple of days but she made sure we had food to keep us going. It was exceptional weather and she kept us safe.

Amazing apartment with a stunning view! We spent a lot of time on the balcony - you won't find a nicer view in skaithos!! Katarina was amazing and incredibly helpful. It was a beautiful stop on our honeymoon. Thank you for having us! Would 100 percent stay here again.

Spectacular views (we stayed on the top floor). The host was very friendly and arranged for a taxi on our last day prior to checking out. The units are on the bus route which made daily travels a lot easier. Very happy and we were pleasantly surprised for the competitive prices we paid.

No soundproof (for light sleepers), as it's right on the Skiathos main road, and a lot of mosquitos around (in September).

I will start with Katerina, who is the mother or grandmother you would like to have. She made sure that we don't miss anything, especially water. :) Nice location to see the sunrise, close to bus stations to the town or to the other beaches.

It was difficult to find the hotel. Located between bus station # 8 and 9. Distance from street to hotel entrance is a bit hilly.

The Hotel has panoramic sew view with very nice balcony, located in quite area.  The room is well equipped with all amenities, clean and cozy. The staff was very kind and friendly.

Vassilias Beach, the closest beach to the Appartment is not my favourite beach in Skiathos.

Splendid view over the sea. A very big Appartement, lots of space, with everything one needs inside. Close to the Bus Station, between Bus Stop 8-9. Greek breakfast, everything fresh and made with a lot of love. Very welcoming and friendly. Karherina, the owner, puts a lot of effort to make her quests have a nice stay and provided us with everything we needed. For example, cold water to take on the Beach whole we were waiting for our Appartment to be ready. The difference to a hotel: You feel treated as a person, not as a number. Thank you, Katherina and Maria, for your efforts to making our holiday so nice and welcoming us.

The bathroom was on the smaller side but that didn't impact our experience at all.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had suited our needs perfectly. Spacious, clean, and with aircon to keep us cool. An absolutely stunning view as well which made the stay even more special!

Nothing specifically to this accomodation but I don’t like the showers anywhere we stayed during our 10 day holiday because they only have a shower curtain and no door, so water goes everywhere in the bathroom. This seems to be the style of showers on this island.

The apartment was the most spacious of our 10 day trip around Skiathos and Skopelos! Katerina the host, along with the other staff, especially the housekeeper are such happy and kind people! the view from the private patio area is incredible. The centre of Skiathos is a short bus ride that comes regularly or alternatively you can take the water taxi from the beach in front, which we preferred! The beach in front is lovely as well as other beaches walking distance and you also have the opportunity to bus or water taxi to other beaches.
