Nobody to meet us on arrival as promised. Had to find the place ourselves. On arrival don’t think they knew we were booked in.

Nothing really......just a bit disappointed that the hot tub wasnt in use (cold water) even though I asked beforehand if it would be usuable during our stay.

The property was just outside the busy port area so was lovely and quiet. We could see goats up in the mountain and hear pigeons and cockerels close by which was lovely to be so close to nature. The view was lovely from the balcony particularly of the old church on top of the mountain which we climbed up the path to it with a most amazing panoramic view of Symi. The owner was lovely and helpful and let us store our luggage after check out. Symi is beautiful and one night just wasnt enough!

The contact person of hotel told us to wait at the big anchor when we arrived and he/she would welcome us. We waited there and nobody came :) It was a very unrespectfull behaviour.

Housekeeping was very good , room had enough kitchen amenities, bathroom is enough and new, location was very good.

Roof space is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the warm greek nights. A short walk from the port and keep going up the hill for the direct path to the top of the hill for some amazing views!

Mari met us off the ferry and personally escorted us to the property. It was clean and everything we needed for our one night stay. Excellent value accommodation.

The room was on the ground floor which we knew before booking and it was great, but we expected that since the property had a terrace that there would be a place to hang beachwear to dry. So a drying rack (even a shared one) in the terrace would be a nice addition. Another thing is that our host was an English-only speaker which we personally did not mind at all, but Greeks who do not speak English in general may face difficulties in communication.

The room was clean and fresh and had all the amenities required for a couple visiting Symi for a night or two (hairdryer, iron and board, coffee machine, spacious fridge etc.). The thing we appreciated the most is that the rooms although a bit elevated, are so conveniently located that there are no stairways to climb and that are very close to the main road, literally about 2 minutes walk from the action and 5 minutes walk from where the passenger ships berth. Our host Thalia was very friendly and accommodative, providing us with all the information we requested!

Super friendly and professional personnel. Both Katerina and Mrs Maria. The property was cleaned on a daily basis. Very close to supermarket, restaurants bars etc. and to the harbor. Very comfortable beds also.

Great location it’s literally like 1minute walk from the port and shops. Katerina the we met when checking in was fantastic so a lovely lady. Maria the cleaner is so wonderful also.

Bit too small a room. Thought i could have kitchenett, but just a toaster and electric pot.

Staff always nice to me. Clean room. Jaccuzzi on the roof top is a plus. Great shower set.

The building smelled of cigarettes as well as the room because the doors are very thin and there’s no isolation, thus gets very noisy when other guests enter the building. (our room was on the first floor looking in front) the smell when you enter the room was very distinct.

I liked the location and communication of the responsable person.
