The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the airport and is in a beautiful location right on the beach. The view from the bedroom is spectacular, a seaview of the coast line and pool area. There is a huge selection of food in the dining area, and staff are so friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants only a short walk away and Argostoli the Capital is only a short bus or taxi ride.

It is a large, popular hotel for packages so if you are looking for something more intimate then this isn't for you. The pool is good size but it can get busy. And they won't let you play any ball games - fortunately the beach is close by. the hotel bathroom is a little tired but everything works. The shower head doesn't move ( I flooded the bathroom a few times).

Great hotel that is close to a lovely beach which is good for adults and kids. The staff are amazing . I want to give them a big shout out because I've travelled a lot and stayed in lots of hotels (5 star included), and they really go above and beyond to help and make the stay special. They always had a smile and chatted freely. We had breakfast and dinner package - great food choices. dinner selection varied each night over the week ( thank goodness) It's 3 minute walk to great selection of restaurants and cafes. Great size balcony.

Some of the room furniture was worn out, carpet and bedside rugs were stained, more generally the hotel would need renovation, all the more considering that it is a 4-star hotel.

Handy location near a strip of tourist facilities (Lassi) and close to the island's main town (Argostoli); various and generous breakfast; quiet and unexpensive beach; parking appropriate for the hotel size.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Very close to all restaurants in lassi and the beach at the hotel was very clean, crystal clear water and the elevator to the beach was definitely a plus

The hotel needs an internal makeover. Very squeaky floor boards very old.carpets rusting steel on hand rails. Rooms for a family Eg 3 people quite small

The breakfast could be improved, especially the croissant were not edible.

The access to the beach is direct by the hotel and the beach especially the fishes in shallow water is breathtaking! The Personal was very friendly and helpful:) The hotel is kept very clean. Good restaurant/bar by the beach!

The manager (?) at breakfast is very, very rude and snapped at some of our group for not waiting at the door to be seated even though the dining area was half empty and there was no sign at the door telling us to do so.

beautiful spot, right on the beach in an even more beautiful part of Kefalonia. From the sea view room you are directly looking at the sunset. Very nice breakfast buffet too. Very close (7 euro taxi) to Argostoli for more lively nights out and a short 10 min taxi ride from the airport.

Taxis are a ripoff i was charged 25 euro for a 5 km -5 minutes ride to the airport; they do not use the meter, won’t tell you how much they charge - while the Ktel Bus is just 2 euro

Location is perfect close to Argostoli and on the beach. However the hotel does not own the beach you pay 6euro for a chaise and umbrella. The breakfast is variate covers all needs but there is no variation whatsoever from a day to another. Careful with the excursion company next door i didn’t eel well the day of the trip and they refused to give me a refund. The restaurants around are so-so staff is great but food not so good: fries from frozen, octopus from frozen, meat tasteless…But all can be slept under the carpet because Kefalonia is the greatest of islands.

Hotel in general is a little dated. The people running the beach asked us to pay for a sunbed at 7.30 pm (evening). Buffet tends to be too crowded.

Vivi at reception is probably the best hotel host we have ever met. The view from the balcony is incredible and the beach and water are perfect. Beach bar is great and probably better than hotel restaurant.

it’s rather outdated decor wise and felt the outside cleaning round the pool and definitely the dirty tables by the sunbeds was poor . However the pool was lovely . The bar area was disappointing and we hardly saw anyone in there - probably due to the poor decor and lighting thus no atmosphere. There are numerous bars in the locality however .. it’s a traditional hotel so many people return time and time again .

The hotel was in an amazing position on a beautiful beach which was spotless. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds comfortable and breakfast was plentiful in choices. Would definitely recommend and hopefully be returning soon myself.

If we are being picky some of the meat was a little fatty but there is so much choice that this needn’t be anything of an issue.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location. The sea view rooms are definitely worth the upgrade - the sunsets are stunning! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. No request was too much. The food was very good and it’s easy to have lunch instead of dinner on half board and then walk up to one of the many restaurants on the Main Street. Top tip is to take a bread roll to feed the fish in the sea - amazing!
