Our bathroom's window, which was on the wall next to where we were taking a shower, was opening to the reception office and that was very weird and made us fill uncomfortable.. Our balcony's view was basically the hotel in front of Mesogeios and not the beach..

The room was clean and tidy. It was great that the hotel was just 2 min from the beach. The balcony was also nice. Also, the fact that there were fan and air-conditioning as options for cooling down the room was also really nice. There were plenty of nice taverns pretty close to the hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel.

We only stayed one night but the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and well equipped - complete with hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. The hotel was well situated for the beach. There is a small cafe attached where we had a lovely cup of coffee the next morning. I wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Cutest little hotel on the road to Lefkada, the family that ows the place is adorable and will welcome you so well. Nice stay with an amazing sea view and a cool swimming pool to relax with a cocktail.

The room faced an LED street light so would've benefitted from a shutter/blind. . And eventually I realised that the mild burning/ dusty smell in the room which was bothering me was coming from the A/C unit while it wasn't in use. Reported the issue to the management and they were going to take a look.

I liked the modern bathroom and the hotels exceptional standard of cleanliness, and the management.were very helpful.

The location was great, very quiet and relaxing but within easy reach of other places. The hotel was very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and obliging. The pool was great.

The beach was nice, long and sandy, however there were big rocks in the water which were a bit slippery. There are other nices beaches around, Vrachos beach is just 3 mins drive.

We booked a room with partial sea view, however we received a room with wonderful sea view, since it was available at the time we arrived. The room was ready before the check in time, so we were able to accomodate immediately upon our arival. The host was very helpful and recomended some nice places in Lygia for lunch and dinner. The hotel had amazing plants and nice library with books on few languages. The beach is 1 min walk from the hotel. The room was cleaned daily and perfectly 🙂

Loud neighbors, smoking in the next balcony, but I guess that's just luck :)

In reality it is better than in the pictures given :) Pool is nice (with a little salt instead of chlorine), staff is really friendly and helpful, sea is close, couple of restaurants within few minutes of walk.

Everything was great. The owners of the facility are very friendly and do their best to keep the place to a high standard. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is perfect for relaxing and having a snack or a beverage. The beach is 1 minute away and is quiet and not crowded, perfect for families. Will definitely visit again in the future!

We really enjoied our Holidays here. It was maybe one of the most clean Hotel we ever have been and the Family who runs the buisness were extremly friendly! The rooms look even better from near than the Fotos in the Internet! It is in the middle of Epirus so you can visit all the sights and cities of this area like, Preveza, Parga and Lefkada. The beaches where beautiful and the Prices of the Restaurnts where realy good! We will be happy to visit this place again!

The hotel is very clean, everybody is really kind and helpful! The beach is just a few steps from the hotel. The rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast was not included, but it is so delicius, you must try it!! The pool is clean, but you should pay attention to the opening hours.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff, great location and facilities! The hotel is spotlessly clean (both room and facilities) and very nicely fitted. The location is great in a quiet village, close to the sea and within walking distance of a couple great restaurants

We booked a 2 bed apartment with kitchen facilities. What it actually was was a one bed apartment with a lounge and sofa bed with no kitchen. The staff provided some glasses, plates etc but there was no kettle and we had to wash up in the bathroom basin. The staff explained that the information had not been updated on Booking.com. Disappointing for what we had paid and in comparison with other property we stayed at. However the balcony and views were amazing.

There was a big bar with a kitchen and people were having lunch but there was no lunch or dinner for customers available! Kitchen equipment was not enough to make a proper lunch ourselves. Our big children slept on a bunkbed in the living room and there was no closet for them to put their clothes in. In the bathroom things were broke. Like lights, bath, shower. The area around the swimming pool was very narrow and mostly shadow and no swimming allowed between 14.00 and 17.00! It was noisy in the morning with people walking down the stairs. The owner wasn't as friendly and hospitable as we are used to here in Greece.

Nice because it was in a quiet environment. Nearby a the rocky beach, a view restaurants and a supermarket. Balcony was a good size for a family of four.
