We loved everything but if o had to pick something, the cooker was quite dated, and the bathroom was small. but there were bigger apartments

Amazing views from our apartment. Well located. several lovely beaches and good restaurants within walking distance. we walked daily into Argostoli (about 20mins, (some uphill) but there were regular buses. Comfy pillows & beds. Friendly helpful staff and lovely owners. really laid back feel about the whole place. Great cocktails

Wow! A great apartment with the most wonderful view from the terrace. Everything we needed, although basic in a good way - reflected in the value for money priece. Our hosts were v helpful and friendly, and everything we needed - great pool, easy walk to shops, beaches and restaurants - was on hand. We'd love to stay again and hope to come back soon.

Bathroom is nice but old. Could use really good cleaning. Everything else was very good.

The property is nice and spacious with nice gardens. There is a very comfortable bar area. Great pool and lounges. Bathroom needs some good cleaning and updating. Overall it was a very good experience. I would stay there again.

Everything was just perfect 👌!!!! It's one of the most amazing places that we've been. We were expecting great hospitality and service, but this one was a real paradise.... exceeded all the expectations. Was my friend birthday and they expected us with a cupcake and a candle and 3 shots of local drinks, which made our arrival wonderful 🤗. We will be happy to return again soon!!!

Only fault I could find was with the 2 separate beds put together to make a double kept pushing apart but was not a big problem at all

Only issue was the lack of toileteries. A shampoo and a shower gel would be nice and maybe some extra soap.

I really enjoyed my time in Metaxatos, great location, only a few minutes walk to great beaches and to argostoli. Great view and very relaxing atmosphere. The apartments are cute and the bedding comfortable. The owners are lovely people, they make you feel right at home, it really doesn’t feel like a hotel.

Room could have been cleaner stains on pillow case and Aircon would release weird coloured liquid onto surfaces etc Also we found that the dogs could be better behaved they would bark at guests quite frequently which can be quite intimatating.

Lovely family run apartments. We were made to feel completely welcome and looked after for the whole of our stay. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Pool and bar area are both lovely with great views. Rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect.

The only thing that we would change are the pillows on the bed as these were too hard for us. But this is really just a matter of taste :)

We have stayed here for our summer vacation and had a wonderful stay. The owner and complete staff is so friendly and nice, it felt as we have come to see our long-time friends. We got instructions on how to get around, where the nearest beaches and supermarkets are, what are main beaches and attractions to see. The room was nice, just like in the pictures and super clean - this is always the most important thing for us when we travel. We were on the ground floor, with a beautiful sea view from our little patio and we loved sitting there in the evening, watching sunsets. We did not use the pool much, but did go there a couple of times and really enjoyed it. The pool and the surrounding area is clean and well equipped with sun beds. Pool bar is super cute, with a laid-back atmosphere and wonderful staff. You can order drinks and coffee and even some basic foods. I fell in love with their small library - there is a collection of books in english from which you can choose and read while laying beside the pool, in your room, or on the beach. We did not bring our dog this time (a last minute decision, as we got another one, just before the trip), but we actually regretted not bringing them both as they would have enjoyed it there. Pets are absolutely welcome in the rooms, and even by the pool. Just be aware that there are also tame cats around, so your pup should be friendly with them to avoid stress :D There are a few small beaches just a few-minute-walk from the location. These are all nice, but we preferred going around the island and seeing more popular ones (Myrtos is wonderful, but we found Fteri to be the BEST). Supermarket is also super close and it is really good equipped and the staff is nice. Going to the center of Argostoli by foot was easy for us, but it does take some level of fitness and mobility as you have to go uphill. All in all we really recommend the accommodation and we will surely come again. With dogs :)

cleaning can be better (a lot of dust, cobwebs on the sealing, army of spiders in the bathroom, ants from behind the kitchen counter and mold in a breadbasket, smoking almost everywhere except inside the apartments, terrible electric hotplate (from the '80 or something), light of airco can't be switched off (unless airco is off) which lights up the entire room.

Large pool, very friendly English speaking owner, beach and mini-market in walking distance, roomy apartment (for Greek standards), good airco, every day garbage collection, every 3 days fresh towels.

The most incredible stay I've ever had! Excellent place and very well organized. Incredibly clean and neat room with nice decoration and a very comfortable bed. The location is very convenient, very close to the center of the island. The pool bar is a great place to relax and you will find very nice snacks and fantastic cocktails. You will love the managers Paul & Christina, they are very friendly, have a great mood and are always willing to help! It's worth getting to know them! From now on it will be my standard stay in Kefalonia, I recommend it without hesitation!
