Proximity to main traffic street and port meant it was a bit noisy.

Perfect for one night. Pick up by Babis from the airport was a real bonus. The map of the area really helped us get our bearings as it was our first time in Skiathos.

Excellent studio for short stay or layover. Balcony with great view of the harbour, comfortable bed, friendly owners and all basic necessities. Lift to airport. Will happily stay again.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

I loved everything about Babis Hotel: the great view from the window, the kindness of the owner who picked me up from the airport and brought me there also for my departure and let me stay longer in the room the last day due to the bad weather. It is a lovely place in a perfect position to visit the island, located near the bus station and the port and close to lots of supermarkets and restaurants. The bed is super comfortable, I had an amazing and relaxed holiday, despite the weather was very cloudy, windy and rainy. I totally recommend this place!

Water is very salty not for drinkable.

We really enjoyed owner Babis and his wife Yiota’s kind and warm hospitalities not only free transportation to/from airport but also driving to/from the hospital 3 times while my staying. A view from balcony is really superb! - grand view both seaport and airport. “Sittin' in the morning sun I'll be sittin' when the evening comes Watching the ships roll in Then I watch them roll away again, yeah…🎵” like a song "(Sittin' On) The Dock of the Bay" by Otis Reading in the ‘60s. plus seeing airplanes landing and taking off from balcony are really fantastic experiences with Aegean cool breeze in summer. My second time staying here was stunning!!! More than 5 stars 🌟

It is near the Skiathos centre and airport, so you can not expect a calm place.

Everything was perfect

We spent 11 days on the beautiful island of Skiathos, and the accommodation was perfect. The hotel owners were waiting for us to arrive at the airport and drove us to the airport before our flight. On arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The owner showed us a map and detailed the island's best places, beaches, and restaurants. Both the couple were amiable and helpful throughout our stay. The room was already ready when we arrived; everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel was completely quiet at night, and we slept well. When you left the door to the bathroom and terrace open, there was a lovely draft at night. Everything was perfect, and we also thanked the maid very much. We have never had such a clean room during our travels in Greece. The maid was also excellent. Thank you all for a beautiful holiday.

We requested two beds but had to share a double as we had booked the last available room. It wasn’t a deal breaker and Babis quickly provided a second sheet but it would have been nice to know that two beds weren’t an option when we booked.

Babis was extremely helpful and kind. He insisted to drive us from the port to the property on arrival and to the airport the next morning. This is especially helpful because getting our luggage to the property would have been a challenging hike up the hill/ steps. Our room was clean and the view from our balcony towards the harbor was lovely.

I had the studio and it had a lovely view and small kitchen area. The hosts went out of their way to assist me, taking me to the airport in the evening although I had already checked out. Wonderful kindness.

Beautiful, stylish place in Skiathos town. The owner was very nice and helpful, even giving me a lift to the airport in the morning. Short walks from restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The balcony facing the port was also very nice to enjoy. You can watch the planes landing at the airport from the balcony.

Very good location, close to the city center, bus station. Amazing view from the room over the harbour, nice terrace on top of the building. Nice staff, they picked us up from/to the airport. The room was clean, a good job done by the staff to properly clean each day.

I spent one night at Babis two years ago so I knew what to expect. The Babis owners are excellent, friendly but still professional. This time ( as before ) I was picked up at the Skiathos airport at no extra charge, much appreciated on a late evening arrival. The hotel is spotless.
