The bathroom needs to be upgraded.

- On our 1st night staying, a soccer team consisting of kids and their coaches/supervisors was also staying for the night. They blatantly ignored quiet hours, and made so much noise up until 03.30 am! meaning that we could not sleep and our kids were waking up as well. I attempted contacting the reception but I received a poor reply that "the kids cannot be controlled" . I am sorry to say that this is not acceptable and if I were to call the police then the hotel would have to comply or face a fine for disturbing the peace. Luckily, they left the next day. - The room could do with a bit more cleaning. Upon arrival (and throughout our 4-night stay) there were huge spider webs hanging on the ceiling above our double bed, the bathroom was full of dust on all surfaces, and a drawer inside the room had a perfect layer of thick dust on it. This led us to believe that the rooms are probably cleaned superficially. Also, please someone tell the cleaner that "Viakal" is a really good product able to improve the bathroom's shower, handles etc. They were full of rust and probably had never been wiped or scrubbed in the past months/years. - What is wrong with the breakfast? Ok I can understand that a basic breakfast will be offered but please do not give out the same every single day. At least change it from toasted bread,jams,juice,boiled egg and maybe offer milk, yogurt, cereals or anything other maybe every 2nd day or so.

- The most important aspect of this hotel was its staff, and I mean the personnel handling the reception (all shifts) as well as the lady who, at days, was assisting with the breakfast. They welcomed us, assisted us with all our needs and were always smiling and with a kind word. They deserve all the credit for our stay. - Another plus was that although we were facing low temperatures (at night below 0 C) the rooms were always warm to the point where you did not need any bed covers at all. - Location was isolated, on the city outskirts. This meant that we faced no noise/light pollution from the city but at the same time we were within 5' driving distance from Kozani's city center. - Room was spacious, we stayed at the apartment labeled as suite and we had no issue sleeping there with our 2 kids.

The hotel is good for one night if you travel and stay during the trip. But it is not at walking distance from Kozani. The parking is big enough. It is easy to find it because is on the main road 2 km from Kozani.

Very small room. Weak WiFi signal, several disconnections during the evening.

The Hotel is located at the edge of the city, so you should use your own transport. Τhe breakfast was good, with many choices. Very polite staff. Free parking on premises. It's OK only for business trips (sleep only).

It's 30 minutes on foot to the city center, I like walking and I did not mind this location (I wasn't looking to explore the city anyway) but if you don't and don't have a car - this is not a good location (also, it's hard to park downtown, so walking is a better option anyway). They decided to do some major construction work inside the hotel while I was there. It was drilling and hammering, quite noisy - I actually wouldn't mind it so much if they announced it, but they didn't. It lasted for 2-3 hours; I talked with the manager (owner?) and he was kind enough to say "sorry" and he allowed me to check out later the next day which was useful for me. So, not a major negative thing for me but I know people who would get furious with all that noise and would demand a refund or at least a free beer.

For spending one night during a long car drive, it's OK.

The hotel has check us in late in the evening. The staff was great and help us with whatever they can. The place is easy enough to find. The parking was a good bonus during our travel.

The linen were smelling bad , The room has the smell of smoke although smoking was restricted. The girl at the reception offered another room but there was a smell of toilet so we preferred the first one. There is no restaurant only coffee.

Very kind staff. They made everything possible for us to enjoy the continental breakfast. It was very calming to hear children's voices in the garden and bird's songs as the hotel has a nice garden cool in summer.

AC didn‘t work, it was unbearably hot inside the room. There wasn‘t even a fan. I had to keep the room and the balcony doors open to have some air flow. However, it did’t cool down well, the room was heated up from the sun, which was burning onto the weakly insulated walls. It was quite loud, the balcony is facing the road. There were motorcyclists speeding and making lots of noise. I chose a double bed at booking and it was explicitly confirmed by email, but when I checked in only a few hours later, I got a room with two single beds. There was no information about breakfast or the wifi password. When I wanted to ask at the reception, there was no receptionist. It‘s definitely not worth the money and I wouldn‘t stay there again.

It was spotlessly clean and the bed was quite comfortable.
