Gorgeous room and most amazing view. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The complimentary seaside breakfast each morning was delicious and so well done. Top notch all the the way.

Housekeeping didn't refill tissue paper nor mineral water for 3 of us. It would be nice to have 3 Nissaki Mykonos bags instead of 1 as only 1 of the 3 of us can bring it home ;)

Hotel was on the water but on the rocks . Great view but a small beach . Very nice pool area though we went off season before real heat so it didn’t matter

My room was behind of the restaurant so it was very noisy during the entire day. Regarding to the restaurant, it was very expensive and I do not felt that was tasty.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was really friendly and the room was really great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and it was delicious. The pool was great and they provided the option of book the driver to get to some places at the island.

Beautiful hotel! We loved the stay as the rooms were very spacious and had such a beautiful view. They were able to upgrade us to a suite as well. The stay was simply amazing.

Beautifully maintained facility loved our stay. We got junior suite. A huge room that can accommodate 4 people easily with two showers and two restrooms. The balcony view, three pools. Amazing staff!!! They make sure your stay is supper smooth. Must recommend

TV… too small for wall, plus basic channels and blurry picture. Problem with ants in bath and shower.

Shower floor was extremely slippery to the point that I had to hold the the grab-bar with one hand the entire time.

Rooms were very nice with a view of the pool and waterfront. The breakfast was delicious and all the tables had a view of the bay. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The views are amazing. The food at Phos is outstanding. The best part of the experience was the staff, who were extremely kind to me and my parents. Maria, Fost, Anastasia, Vasia and Dennis went out of their way to help us, as did other staff members.

We were not particularly fond of the bathroom / shower setup. It was hard getting in and out of the shower since it was in the room itself (you enter the shower from the bedroom) and the ledge of the tub was thick and marble. This part seems old school and not updated. It can be easy for someone to fall and hurt themselves. The shower heads had some rust in them which was not appealing.

The staff were absolutely amazing & extremely friendly. They treated us like family and were nothing short of truly exceptional. Anastasia, Maria, Georgia, and Fortis made such an impact on us that they made us want to come back! Breakfast was also amazing - so many options to choose from and all were delicious! The breakfast team was wonderful and made sure to accommodate all of our requests. Dinner at Phos restaurant was exceptional from taste to service to ambiance. The view was simply breathtaking!

The view from our room was outstanding. The rooms were big enough and staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good with variety of options. There are two beaches at a walkable distance.

Aspects of the room were a bit off (e.g., toilet was broken, bathroom door wouldn’t shut), and the massage I received was not good.
