Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Olympus Villa was a fantastic place to stay. The high rating is well-deserved. The villa is conveniently located, bright, spacious, and close to the beach. It offers a great pool and a lovely yard.

BulgariaWell, for a 10++ experience you need also a beach with a bit more fine graded sand, but this is nothing that the facility could take care about. That is why the experience is 10+ only :)
Very good and comfortable house. Very nice and clean pool. Friendly and very helpful staff. The facility has also private beach, possibility for sports and etc. Goceries store is near by. Basically we did not miss anything for our family holidays. The location is really good. A perfect combination of see and mounteens near by. On the same day you can go hiking and then swim in the see aor just relax in the pool. The restaurants near by have delicious food.

BulgariaWe had a small issue with the ventilation in one of the rooms, which was resolved very quickly and in no way affected our overall experience.
We visited Olympus Villas together with 2 other families and we were all very pleased with our stay. The house, the garden, the pool and everything else was lovely. The staff is extremely polite, positive, responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend the complex.

RomaniaWe had a small problem with a diesel smell at the beginning, pretty common thing in Greek villas, but it was solved in a matter of hours, many thanks for the hosts for it.
The hosts were very kind and helpful, the place was nice indeed and quite. The place was very clean, the pool was well located, so it had some shadow during the day and it could be used the whole day even if it was sunny. The cleaning ladies were also nice, they fulfilled our request so we were not bothered at al by their presence. We will definitely go back.
